I figure that a stand named that would nullify any power that toys with time, obvious ones being The World, MiH, Bites the Dust but also ones such as Grateful Dead (rapidly ageing) If it toys with the speed of something it will be nullified.
thats why jojo is good most anime villains go to jail or prison or friends move to other places but jojo is just straight death its so much more than just prison its a concrete existance also its made clear in jojo no one can bring back the dead
