As someone who is peeved by many rooted wigs, because the higher contrast looks are not something that I've ever liked on myself, it's great to see a ginger that goes to the root. I'm not a redhead, but they run on both sides of my family, and I spent many years trying to find one that worked for me (usually the most unnatural reds looked best,) so to see something you're so at home with is a real joy. 🧡
Yeah, I used to struggle with rooted wigs and still prefer non rooted. I’ve only colored my hair once in my life so I’ve never had roots a different color than my hair. It’s a look I’ve had to get used to with wigs as so many beautiful colors come that way. I’m thrilled Belle Tress did this one non-rooted!
@@WearWigswithMe the main, and perhaps sole, reason I don’t like high contrast roots (softer/lighter ones I’m kinda okay with,) is: 1. I have a very low hairline, that even with it receding, it’s only 2” from hairline to brow. 2. And to add insult to injury, I have no roundness to my head, so the space from hairline to top of pate is virtually nonexistent. The contrast draws attention to this. It’s frustrating to have a 23” circ, 15” hairline to nape, and have nothing to show for it: shallow on top, flat in back. ☹️
I LOVE the new color to replace Sumptuous Strawberry!! I have heard some say that these NEW City Collections have an oil or something on them and that they’re going a LOT longer on wears before needing heat. Have you heard that, or can you tell that they’re different at all?
Hi Missy! Luckily, Sumptuous Strawberry is NOT one of the discontinued colors! Thank goodness. The only thing I noticed different in the fibers is a finer denier. I didn’t notice a different feel to them.
I mainly wear estetica in r30-28-26 because I find it very natural (also a natural redhead). How does this color compare? On my monitor Sienna Spice looks very orange and unnatural in all the reviews (but may be that's just my screen, because all the reviewers seem to love it?).
Ok, it’s beautiful, and I LOVE ii! You are right though, it’s not a subtle red color like R30/28/26. If that is your comfort zone, Sienna Spice and even Estetica’s Mandarin Rooted are going to seem “loud”. I think as I get older and used to the more subtle red shades, I’m seeking the brighter, cheerier colors. Wig brands haven’t made these colors before so I’m pumped! Don’t think it’s your monitor, they are very orange.
Just ordered this one for my very first wig. Can't wait to try it on. Great review!!
How exciting! Hope you love it as much as I do!

Thanks for highlighting the color. I am a strawberry blonde who has faded to blonde with age and this is a beautiful shade of ‘orange’ red.
You are very welcome! Thank you for watching!

Beautiful! My first thought was Upstage.

Has BT discontinued Sumptuous Strawberry?

Love this on you! 😊
Thank you! I love it!
Looks great on you! Love it! Do you think this style compares to Upstage by Raquel Welch?❤❤
Yes! I was thinking that as I was editing this video. MUCH lower density than Upstage. Very similar style though. Good eye!
My first thought was "Upstage"
So very pretty.
And,wow...this color on you! Perfection.
Your background looks like a postcard!
Beautiful. Does Bell Tress have any right part wigs?
Thank you! I’m not sure if they have any right parts. You can always check the Name Brand Wigs website.
