The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (also known as The Conjuring 3) is a 2021 American supernatural horror film directed by Michael Chaves, with a screenplay by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick from a story by Johnson-McGoldrick and James Wan. The film serves as a sequel to The Conjuring (2013) and The Conjuring 2 (2016), and as the eighth installment in the Conjuring Universe. Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga reprise their roles as paranormal investigators and authors Ed and Lorraine Warren, with Ruairi O'Connor, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Julian Hilliard also starring. Wan and Peter Safran return to produce the film, which is based on the trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson, a murder trial that took place in 1981 Connecticut.
Initial development for a third Conjuring film began in 2016, though Wan stated that he would not be directing another film in the series due to scheduling conflicts with other projects. Safran confirmed that the next film would not be a haunted house film. By June 2017, it was officially announced that a third installment was in development, with David Leslie Johnson hired to write the screenplay. Michael Chaves was announced as the film's director, after previously directing The Curse of La Llorona (2019). Filming took place in Georgia in summer 2019.
Originally slated for a September 2020 release, the film was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It was released by Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema in the United States on June 4, 2021, where it also has a simultaneous month-long release on the HBO Max streaming service. The film received mixed reviews from critics, who praised the performances of Wilson and Farmiga but noted it as weaker than previous Conjuring installments.

Cut to the last scene of this movie, the police basically finds a injured couple outside some stranger's house with two dead bodies. How did the police explain that shit to law. Devil did it !

@@sadmansakib8365 no no, I know that no one would accuse the Warrens because they were doing good work ... my question actually was that when the police would have submitted their report to the court etc about the death of Isla and her father...then since the Demon took away Isla's soul, how were the police able to explain that to the law...and if they were able to explain that the demon did it, why was it so hard in the case of Arnie to believe the demon did it for the law? But I guess that the law must have termed that Isla died under "mysterious circumstances" etc although yes the whole story is fictional - only Arnie's part is reality

I think David was the child, Jessica was the lover because the scene with her friend hints at a romantic relationship between them as during the 80s this was a taboo and so they were spending time far away in a forest and Ed was the man of faith. David's curse is taken by Arne who is also like an innocent child because in the beginning, he tells David that he was a runt like him and when Ed wakes up in the hospital he refers to Arne as "the child".
Buddy clear me one thing.. the father's daughter was alive in tunnel. How her soul died and she made a deal with demon for a soul?

Great video there! I was waiting for you to share some extra details too. Here are some details which I observed which sort of pointed to the ending:
1.) Kastner(the retired priest), in his introduction we see him having chickens in his farm/garden and him carrying eggs in his basket. In one of Lauren's vision we see the lady satanist breaking the egg in the spell bowl and later drinking it.
2) Lauren didn't want to get in the basement of Kastner's house when Kastner wants to show them some stuff. Later in the same scene she tells Ed to not touch things around perhaps because she can sense something is wrong.
Annabelle helped Warens by making Lawyer to believe in ghost n spirits 😂👍 ,that's amazing 🤘🤘

@@Radsm-v6m I know, right? I was kinda feeling asleep. I wanna discuss the reasons. As we know, the 1st and 2nd part was made by Wan. It had that dark, gritty tone to it. This felt extremely different than what we had expected. Secondly, the story was hella weak. It didn't have any sort of connection previous characters or stories or even places! I wasn't expecting any though. I just want to say that if directors are going to continue making these type of boring films and tarnishing the reputed name of James Wan and the Conjuring franchise itself, they should stop right now!
I find these movies intresting, since I dont watch it for entertainment, but for learning more about paranormal sciences and the concepts used in the movie... And there is always something new and extraordinary to feel in this series..
