Pretty sure at 23:35 they don’t get to summon princess because princess states “destroy them, and if you do special summon this card”. And since muckracker wasn’t destroyed it shouldn’t come out.

As long as Princess destroys one monster it can still come out. If it said “both of them” or “both monsters” then it wouldn’t come out
