I have just found your channel and I love it... So Simple and so peaceful videos.... I'm all about the Simple life... Love the beautiful scenery.... Glad I found your channel.....
My goodness, that’s a lot of snow! My favourite teas at the moment are spiced red berry and black tea with citrus peel. I enjoy Journalling too and find my pages don’t always turn out the way I imagined them, so, like you I sometimes paste things over the top if I’m not happy with them 😁, it’s the process that counts. Thank you for another gorgeous video 💛🏴
It certainly was! Its only just starting to melt now! That tea sounds lovely! I agree about the journaling, the page i did here wasnt my favorite but hey I completed it and it was fun to make! The more i do it the less i worry about 'perfection' :) and thank you so much! Im so glad you liked it! 😊💕
Thank you! 💕 I am! I plan to grow chamomile, peppermint, catnip, rosemary, thyme, and lots more! Im excited! I will definitely be sharing all that on here 😌
Ohhh, yes! I'm an herbalist and really enjoyed this video. My biggest health issue is insomnia. I have had trouble going to sleep since childhood. I'm a very energetic and mind-busy person and it's often hard for me to slow down enough to rest well. I like a strong chamomile tea for insomnia, valerian if I'm taking a capsule (rare for me), and I've recently discovered that hops tincture helps. I use lobelia tincture (L. inflata) for its effect on the vegas nerve for the relaxing effect and to stop tightening of the chest that I experience when I'm stressed. I can't really pick a favorite herbal blend, but I like trying new blends and experiencing the benefits. It's strange that many of the herbs I need personally~~grounding, relaxing herbs~~are ones that I don't care for as far as flavor (burdock, dandelion, chicory root and lavender come to mind). I do enjoy chaga "tea" (I treat it more like coffee) and we keep a crock pot of chaga going continuously. As an herbalist I find it very satisfying to have plants on hand for any and all common complaints that I can think of. It's empowering to know that I can handle our family's needs in that way. I'm enjoying your channel! God bless.
Could you please tell me where you bought your bullet journal along with the stamps, etc.? Thanks so much for all the beauty and peace you emote into this crazy world. ♥️
Wow so breezy cozy..🥺🥺 where you u from the world? the weather was so so nice and cozy .snowfall was just so peacefull to see..treat for my eyes ☁️☁️💙💙💙🌧️🌧️ur video quality was just top notch 👍👍👍
Where do you live to get that much snow? Syberia? Northern Canada? I love watching your videos. I just discovered them. I'm excited to watch them all. Thanks, Connie Smith in Salt Lake City Utah.💜⛄
I live in the mountains in north eastern Pennsylvania, in my area we tend to get alot more snow then the other places around here because the elevation is much higher. I love snow though so its great! And im so glad to hear that, i hope you enjoy them! 😊
Just found your channel. What a lovely video - thank you so much for sharing. I am just getting into alternative "tea" so haven't found a favourite yet. Best wishes from England. Lottie x
Thank you for the kind words! 💕 it definitely gives you so many more options when you get into herbal teas. I love a good yorkshire tea but for herbal teas chamomile is one of my favorites! 🌼
Well hello! Im so glad you found me 💕 Yes there are so many possibilities with plants. This spring i should have plenty of videos in my garden so watch out for that! 🌼
Oh my, this video is just wonderful. I feel so peaceful and inspired watching this - and my favorite herbal tea at the minute is probably lavender and chamomile or a simple peppermint 🕊
Thank you so much! That means alot! 💕 Oh yes those are all lovely! I didnt have peppermint until last year when i grew it myself and I was surprised at how wonderful it was! Hopefully it grows back this year! My chamomile keeps popping up in random pots every year because it spreads so easily. But that's ok because its one of my favorites!
Currently nettle and stevia. I am using red clover for the same purpose but I drink an infusion of it the day of my first day. It helps so much I lover her, red clover.
One of my favorite is Moringa tea 😊 I would love to come up with a tea blend......maybe moringa and mint 💕 ive heard many benefits of nettle tea but it doesn't grow where I live.
Ive never heard of that actually, ill definitely have to look that up! Oh yes mint is lovely so im sure that would be delicious. 😌 If i cant grow something myself then ive been getting it off of mountainroseherbs.com they have pretty much everything!
Your videos are so perfect to watch right before bed. They calm my hurried mind and aching body from a busy day's work. I'm passing this video on to my daughter in law to be, bc she suffers so much from cramps. Also, I would love to know the herbal course your taking. Wanting to get back to a simpler life style. The scriptures are so beautiful and reassuring. Hugs and God bless.
Im so glad the you can find some peace in my videos 💕 the course was the introductory course with the Herbal Academy. It was a great introduction! Thank you for watching! 😊
Thank you for this lovely video!! Do you grow your own herbs or get a local supplier (or both)? I would like to begin growing a tea garden this year. Can you recommend a book (one that is not content heavy but user friendly)? Thank you :)
Thank you for the kind words! 😌 I do both, this year i plan to grow and save more. But i also use mountainroseherbs.com they have just about any herbs you would want! I tend to look online for info about growing things so i dont have a particular book to recommend (if anyone else is reading this feel free to recommend something! 😉) I typically find articles on pinterest and then look further into how to grow the plants on youtube. Some great plants to start out with are chamomile and any type of mint. The mint comes back every year and chamomile reseeds like crazy! They dont really require alot of attention either so perfect to start :)
