Jack: having a giant syringe arm on his left side because, y'know, Antisepticeye, antiseptic, you get it. And maybe give him a toothy joker simile would be a nice, creepy touch. Mark: giving him black, goopy looking hands like how Ben does in that one Ben Drowned mod, and since we're doing a little bit of a switcheroo with what place's the characters are gonna be in, in Eggman's part, instead of laughing, Mark would just scream like he always does in his videos. Maybe having it sound more distorted and having the screen and notes shake when he does would be a cool touch. I don't have anything for Pewd's and Mat since for them, I pretty much everything I wanted to say with them down.
