I guess you could say Nagini is a "magical snake" (which is true now that we know she was actually once a woman), but otherwise there is no way a snake her size could ingest a full grown woman. There's not even any evidence of her digesting Charity later in the movie. Maybe Nagini tried eating her, found out she couldn't and gave Voldemort a sour look until he fed her something else.
I felt bad for Draco and Snape in this scene... it's so horrible... Draco watching one of his teacher's die and Snape having to watch a co-worker/friend die and neither able to say anything....
Super Heroes Try watching properly. You'll see Snape's distressed reaction when he first enters the room and sees Charity Burbage. And after the Avada, when Voldemort's gaze (and Legilimency) are no longer directed towards him, he shows obvious revulsion. Obvious that is, if you are perceptive enough to appreciate the glorious subtlety of Alan Rickman's performance.
Kudos to Snape for keeping such a stoic face throughout that horrifying ordeal, even after his colleague begs him for help in such a heart wrenching manor. If Voldemorts followers are filled with absolute fear and anxiety when in his presence, imagine what a double agent must feel every moment of their life, knowing that one slip up would be both the end of him and possibly the cause he's fighting for.
I really wonder what he's thinking in that moment. I don't particularly like Snape but this is insane and Alan Rickman plays him to perfection. It's quite impressive really.
+MilesEdgeworth129 I think he did it to punish him. He asked for a wand, sensed that Lucius wasn't loyal enough to give his one, took it from him and broke it, just to show that he wasn't going to use it. And as a warning to the others as well; "You better hand it to me right away, next time."
Lucius failed to get the prophecy (resulting in it being smashed, most of death eaters captured, and LVs return known). This was also around the time Voldemort found out about him throwing away his horcrux. He is punishing him by treating him like crap, taking his home, and sending his son on suicide missions.
+Widdekuu91 He didn't break the wand itself, he broke off the handle. Malfoy had added that handle to the wand, it was not originally a part of the wand. Voldemort did use that wand against Harry.
It just shows how attached wizards and witches are to their wand. You basically give up your strongest symbol of status. Also everyone on the table knows that Olivander is in the dungeons, so it's hard to get new wands.
For a wizard to give away his wand is like a Muggle giving away his car, his credit card info and his right arm. Even Bella wouldn't be too enthralled.
The Malfoy family is amazing. You can clearly tell that Lucius and Narcissa are over it. Especially when Lucius was forced to hand over his wand. I feel like Draco redeemed himself when he didn't admit it was Harry, even though he knew it was. And Narcissa when she lied to Voldemort about Harry. And when Narcissa and Draco walked away from it, Lucius finally had enough balls to see that Harry wasn't the problem.
Jan Yep, not to mention Lucius had his own little redeeming moment later on as well. It’s never mentioned in either the books or the movies, but according to Pottermore, Lucius went on to expose Voldemort’s remaining followers after the war and even help the Ministry to arrest most of them after they went into hiding.
Despite that, Lucius and Narcissa remained pure blood supremacists even years after the Battle of Hogwarts. This is because despite witnessing the most extreme branch of their views spectrum, they were still indocrinated since early childhood and never actually experienced a true redeeming moment beforehand. Plus, at that age, changing views is nigh-impossible even if exposed to cruel moments related to such. Draco, on the other hand, managed to outgrow those views and raised his son in a way that he makes sure he never becomes a pure blood supremacist like he originally was.
All the comments about pidgeon Lucius and I’m just wheezing how Voldemort moves his head mockingly and says “My lord” with the most mocking voice ever 0:19 😂😂
If you watch properly you can actually see the disgust and scared faces. They instantly putting their hand away, and Dolohov is just pretty much sits there watching the thing in calmness. Even Snape pulls his hand back and he just rest his elbow upwards.
Different spells seem to have slightly different casting speeds which is why people can often interrupt a spell being cast by casting one faster. This is also why Voldemort is the evil wizard GOAT. Avada Kadavra is one of the slower spells to cast. It’s takes a long time to say and takes a lot of emotion. Voldemort is so skilled in magic and casual in his evil he can blast them off like a simple hex.
Question: would guns actually work in the Harry Puta magical world or whatever you call their world? Also, I know that question has been asked numerous times on Reddit, Quora and Yahoo Answers but the responses are... defensive there ("guns don't exist in the UK" and "this isn't America"), so I want a definitive and non-defensive response to my inquiry.
Anything can work in the magical world, just as magic does work on the earth realm. That's why magic was forbidden to be used within muggles to avoid suspicion and persecution. It's kinda mutants and humans not supposed to interact out in the open.
Who on earth says guns don't exist in the UK? People can legally own them (shotgun licences) and we have armed police units and the armed forces. 🤦🏻♀️ No it's not the USA, we have far tighter gun laws, but whoever wrote those comments are idiots. Meanwhile, yes. If a witch or wizard was taken by surprise then guns would work.
Emily Games JK rowling revealed the his family reunions are tense and augmentative because draco's parents don't approve of his decision to abandon some of their beliefs (such as marrying a a blood traitor)
Purple _Hunter Yes, I felt so bad for him in both the books and movies. A lot of people call Draco a coward, but he is just a kid with a sociopath in his home. He was just as helpless as Snape was in that moment. Wanting to do something but unable to do because doing it would mean certain death.
It's complicated. At first he DEFINITELY didn't care about anyone besides Lily, but overtime I believe he softened since he generally cared about the Malfoys and tried to protect the students.
At first Snape didn't care about anyone but you can see that over time he grew to care about there. He eventually came to care about Harry but just didn't show it
Voldemort kept Lucius alive most likely to emotionally torture him as a result of all of his failures. In the DH book, Lucius begs Voldemort to put a temporary halt to the battle so that he can go and find Draco--Voldemort straight out tells him that he really doesn't care what happened to Draco...This was the moment in which Voldemort had lost Lucius' loyalty for good as well as Narcissa's as she lies to Voldemort and is the primary reason he gets defeated. Lucius understands that he is in the wrong and that Voldemort has to be defeated; him and Narcissa even avoid fighting during the final part of the battle--which results in Narcissa's sister getting a brutal wipeout from Molly Weasley.
Adrijana Radosevic It's not really because he had a hard time at the orphanage (though there is some part in that) Voldemort is a psychopath with all classic traits: violence, selfishness, grandeur, incapacity for remorse or empathy (or love at all in fact). He is an extremely intelligent and powerful being, but his interests are narrowed and focused only on himself and to what can be of immediate use to him. Anything larger than that, he fails to see, and anything that cannot be immediately be of use to him, he will not take the time to learn or pay attention to them. He was thus unable to predict that the love of Lily for Harry would cause him harm, he also dismissed the unique power of house elves due to their social statue and was tricked numerous time by them. His "bullying" of others is simply because he is unable to care for them. As long as he got what he wants, people other than himself doesn't matter. He is also not concerned with the consequences of his actions, unless they benefit or cause him harm. He is selfish in nature, proved when he killed is (as far as he knew) most valuable and loyal servant, simply to unlock the power of the wand. I found him surprisingly human in his evilness. He wasn't an almighty evil, like Sauron or palpatine, he was simply... human, psychopath, but human with flaws and qualities. Flaws that brought him to his downfall ultimately. He failed not because others won, he failed because he couldn't see and resolve his flaw, he couldn't bring himself to believe he had those flaws. The only reason why Harry could find all the horcruxes was because of his connection to voldemort, and the latter obsessive's nature that caused him to do a mental check of all the locations he left them once he found out that they were being destroyed. He did not trampled enemies, because he was never almighty. It has been stated numerous times by Dumbledore that Voldemort was painfully ignorant of subjects that, if he had taken the time to know them, would have permitted him to ultimately won the war, he still was frighteningly powerful, Harry having survived through sheer luck and the remaining of the love of his mother. He could still "trample" many wizards and witches because he was powerful. His power is not to be belittled, it was just not as overpowering as Sauron or Palpatine were. He is probably my favorite character just because of the depth he had. It wasn't "I am evil, thus will do evil things" It was a mixture of little and seemingly unimportant things that led him to become what he was, something that is extremely realistic in all the fantasy. I could see it happen in real life. Sorry for the wall, but I found that people explaining his actions just because of the life he had at the orphanage is not doing the character (and J.K Rowling's work) justice No I actually didn't found all that information on his character alone (just to be fair with other's work)
True he wasn't That powerful that if death eaters turned on him he could just wave them off, however he inspired fear and awe. His claim on blood purity (which I don't think he believed since he proposed to muggleborns (Like lily Evans) to join his cause and he was himself a half-blood) appelled to many pureblood who joined him to redeem something they thought corrupted with muggleborn, however when he first died, his underlings just dismantled, the ones who truly followed him or didn't possessed enough influence or money went to Azkaban and others lied and bought their testimony in order to survive the mess. They had nothing left. I also believe that before the second war he was a much more sane and stable (as much as a psychopath can be) individual. When he revived, people who were still free didn't have much of a choice, or felt like they didn't have. Not only was he the dark Lord that they followed (and sort of betrayed) but he was also something they believed dead and came back. He had achieved immortality and people feared him for this, hence why many went back. More than ever, he inspired fear to people, who were forced to follow him. He bound people to him through their ideology of purity but also through fear. If he couldn't be killed once, than he might not die the second time. Lucius was one of those individual that, while he could see Voldemort's flaw, he couldn't oppose him because of his fear. He betrayed him by claiming he was under the imperius curse, and felt his wrath ever since Voldemort was revived, besides, the second war saw him on a sanity downfall, with his horcruxes getting destroyed, he felt fear himself, because he knew that those were the only anchor keeping him immortal, he was on a race, destroying the horcruxes' destroyer, he felt pressed and made mistakes that caused his death. And the end of my text might lack substance, because, well, try to play AND debate at the same time...
I also agree about the "Love power" thing, but if I was a wizard, I would probably go into dark arts, but hey, maybe I simply don't understand just like Voldemort doesn't, because through the end, to me, it made no sense and it was one of those things I found flawed in the books
P3PSI642 J.K. Rowling said that : It was a symbolic way of showing that he came from a loveless union - but of course, everything would have changed if Merope had survived and raised him herself and loved him. The enchantment under which Tom Riddle fathered Voldemort is important because it shows coercion, and there can’t be many more prejudicial ways to enter the world than as the result of such a union. Okay so basically he became the Hitler of the wizard world through no fault but his own. This message to me seems EXTREMELY flawed. So basically a child who is born through a undesirable means like rape for example and is sent to an orphanage because the mother cannot take care of the child herself is destined to become a serial killer or mass murderer. Really? I don't think that right...
Love how Snape was able to keep up the visage of the loyal, devoted Death Eater throughout this entire meeting. Even when Charity was begging him for help, he didn't blow his cover. Just shows you how much of a talented actor Alan Rickman was.
Actually, if what we know about Salazar Slytherin (especially from Chamber of Secrets) is any indication, he and Voldemort shared similar views on blood purity in the wizarding world. Still, you’re probably right that Slytherin probably wouldn’t like how far Voldemort has gone in that regard; at the very least, Slytherin (as far as we know) didn’t start a whole personality cult to systematically murder and terrorize muggle-borns after leaving Hogwarts.
if many wizards were slaughtered during middle ages and they are also under pressure cause of always hiding from muggles, I think I would have similar views with slytherin
But he hated wizards with muggle ancestors too, not just a Muggles, and he wanted kill innocent children...he was a bad person, and his only problem with Voldy would have been his Muggle father, not his actions.
Oh man, I'm still impressed by Lucius' actor's performance here. Every time I watch it. The HP movies might have their pacing and character development flaws, but many things were done exceptionally well; much of the cast was impeccable, and the set and soundtrack were perfect
Tom Felton and Alan Rickman's acting in this scene was superb, especially mr Rickman's. His horror filled face when he saw his colleague floating above the table was absolutely shivering.
"Fools who wear their hearts proudly on their sleeves, who cannot control their emotions, who wallow in sad memories and allow themselves to be provoked this easily -- weak people, in other words -- they stand no chance against his powers!", Severus Snape
When your dark lord's pet is a giant venomous python, something that's NOT supposed to exist, you would not want to be anywhere _near_ that damn thing.
@@themarveldcfan3463 I've always wondered why Nagini is portrayed as a retic python, a non venomous constrictor snake that squeezes it's prey to death, when it's explicitly stated that Nagini houses potent venom.
"Am I mistaken in believing this is your house Lucius? No? Thought not. Did you really think that you could fool me Lucius? It appears to me you are the only fool. AVADA KEDAVRA! Let Lucius here be an example of disloyalty."
@@dragonfan8647 actually Voldemort had his wand but he wanted Lucius' wand because he is unable to kill Harry with his own wand due to priori incantantem
Jason Isaacs has often said in interviews that Lucius believes Voldemort is about to kill him with his own wand in this scene... watching it again makes me realise how he subtly tenses up and flinches. It's so subtle that I'd never noticed it before, but now I know what's on Lucius' mind, it becomes enthralling. Phenomenal acting, my goodness
Jason Issacs formed a friendship with JK Rowling after the Chamber of Secrets. When Lucius went to prison, Issacs feared he wouldn’t get screen time and begged the author to have an escape scene. Rowling simply replied, “your out. Chapter 1.” He’s one of the few actors who knew their character inside and out.
Ah, I know Lucius is bad, but I really pity him here, a part well played by Jason Isaacs. The way he flinches pitifully, expecting to be Cruciated or even killed by Voldemort at this point...
I always viewed the Malfoy family as a family pretending to be evil. As if, they joined Voldemort as a way to stay alive. You have to remember, they described Voldemort as a character who killed any half blood or non-wizard born (mudblood as they call it), which most likely meant that he viewed any pure blood associated with them as equal of an abomination. The Malfoy family seems like the family (aside from Bellatrix, who is Narcissa's sister) as the family who, deep down, wanted to be the good guys, but out of fear, decided to pretend to be evil. Draco Malfoy was a key example of this. He was an antagonist up until the Half-Blood Prince because you truly saw someone, who seemed evil in the first five movies, all of the sudden not live up to that evilness. Someone who wanted to be evil but, in the end, couldn't quite do it. Showing his true colors.
TheGame2k2s Yeah, exactly. Happy to preach about pure-blood supremacy, and be a school bully. But when asked to torture, murder, and face torture and murder as punishment for failure at the extent Voldemort does...not quite so eager to be a part of that. In the end, they cared more about the unity of their family.
TheGame2k2s I don't think so. Lucius joined, because of his bigotry and ambitions. He participated many tortures and he was there during the Quidditch World Cup among the death eaters. Also, he gave Ginny Tom Riddle's diary to wipe out the muggle-born from the school when there wasn't any pressure on him by Voldemort. The Malfoy family is snobby, pureblood maniac bunch. He seems miserable now because he finally realized how he endangered his family by siding with Voldemort.
***** I always thought so. I feel like before Voldy looked truly evil he was a young enthusiastic leader who might have been handsome as well. Someone with confidence any Slytherin would align themselves with. It was a small little club that grew into something more, and when your leader dies then you grow up. Have a child, learn the value of a life because of your child. I just believe they grew out of their true potential to be evil; and found out the hard way the consequences of staying with him.
1:46 "To her, the mixture of magical and muggle blood is not an abomination." Dude.... If you disagree with her then you just called yourself an abomination.
+TvojaMAMA77 Its very ironic how Voldemort says what he says. Impressive lie. He and Snape are proof that being half muggle is not as bad as the magicals believe it to be.
+TvojaMAMA77 Adolf Hitler made the same amount of sense. He advocated for blonde hair and blue eyes to prevail...despite himself being a brunette with brown eyes. The parallels between both of these men is astonishing; J.K. Rowling did an impressive job with her research.
He knows he is muggle born, he knows it's an abomination. But since he is a descendant of the founder of Slytherin, he believes in purity in blood line.
He does think he is an abomination. That's the point. He is taking his own anger and isnecuties out on other people. He dropped his mundane name Tom and hid behind Lord Voldemort
People are complaining he is a hypocrite. Yeah. And he knows it. He knows his father was a muggle. But keep in mind he grew up orphaned. He took in liking of his ancestor, the guy who founded Slytherin. He believes in purity in blood line and tries discarding his past. He doesn't think of himself as a muggle or muggle born, that was Tom Riddle. He thinks of himself as Voldemort, a new person.
+Visitormassacre Pretty damn close. When you believe in a racial/magical purity that even you yourself don't match up to, that makes you a hypocrite like Hitler and Voldemort were.
Visitormassacre Hitler is a hypocrite. If you look at it simply he tried to push forward a ‘perfect race’ in which he was not a part of just like Voldemort
People keep commenting about Snape and that random colleague of his. Meanwhile, he's watching his best friend be roundly humiliated, his "soul stolen" since wands are like the souls of wizards. Lucius is a person who he remembers years earlier having welcomed him into Slytherin warmly. Probably his best bro and maybe even an older brother/father figure to him.
The pacing for this scene was perfect. Tense as hell. When Voldemort "asks" for one of his followers wands, they all know that it isn't actually an honor, but to humiliate them. Voldemort's saying "Which of you do I consider most useless/expendable?" A witch/wizard without their wand is pretty much useless. (Even Bellatrix, hence her sudden lack of volunteering.) Man, the Death Eater board of directors meetings are way more interesting than any I've been to.
*Voldemort: "What about... YOU Lucius? *Lucius: (whimpers like a little bitch) "My Lord...?" *Me and Voldemort: (mockingly) "My Lord.." O.O O.O O.O When you realize you just had a twinzie moment with Voldemort...
I remember feeling the tension in the theater during this scene when it was first released. When he snapped the head off the wand, a bunch of people flinched.
Are you actually feeling sorry for him like he's an innocent kid? He was thrilled at the opportunity. He wanted the Heir of Slytherin to kill muggleborns in the Chamber of Secrets and wanted to help him. He expressed his desire numerous times that he wanted Hermione Granger to die. He did not care when Cedric Diggory was murdered, but celebrated the return of Voldemort. He deserves this to understand the cost of his ideology.
Christian Robinson Its easy to say crap when you are young spouting such bigoted ideals, so yes he was a bigoted brat. But he has never seen the consequences of such beliefs until this moment. He actually witnesses such horrifying acts right in front of him( the teacher's murder and Nagini eating the corpse) , he realizes too late how such bigotry goes down an evil path. He does change/repent and choose a different path years later, especially in Cursed Child...
@@christianrobinson4227 Draco was raised learning about the importance of blood purity and regret that Voldemort had failed it really wasn't his fault considering it was branded in his mind at a young age only when he matured did he realise his mistake
These scenes only increase my new love for Snape. You can see the pain in his eyes when he see's his friend killed. I mean at least it was a quick death.
"...Have us mate with them (Muggles)." *Bellatrix gags* What about your sister, Andromeda, Bellatrix? Oh, yeah, I forgot, you and Narcissa DISOWNED her.
serial globetrotter: Yeah, like: "I'm just a kid. I thought the Death Eaters was a cool little club, I didn't expect to see people dying. I came here to have a good time and honestly am probably gonna need therapy after this".
This scene is so much better in the book. They left out the part where voldemort teases draco n his parents about tonks n lupin having a baby. Says to draco "you gonna babysit the cubs?" Lol
Lol Voldemort was one of the best Characters in harry potter, Yes i support the good guys and am glad the won, but still i think we can all agree Voldemort was pretty awesome.
I actually don't think so. To me, he always seemed like a child whos toy got taken away by another kid (Potter). I mean sure, I get that he's hypocritical, mad, power-hungry, charismatic and sociopathic (you could compare him to Hitler because of his "pure-blood"-ideology). But I always found it ridiculous he's wasting his time with a "may or may-not-be-true"-prophecy and a teenage boy. It makes it seem as if Voldemort has very low self-esteem.
itsmejulia1 That prophecy stated that Harry would have the power to vanquish the Dark Lord. Voldemort wanted to eliminate that threat. That's how dictators & power-hungry leaders are: they want to destroy any and all threats to their rule.
itsmejulia1 He does have low self esteem, that's part of the character but you have to read between the lines (literally - you probably won't get that feeling from the movies, only the books). Voldemort hunts Harry because he is terrified of him. Regardless of anything he says here or in any other scene about how Harry is "nothing special" etc. it's all bravado. He went after Harry initially just because of the prophecy, fearing what he might become rather than fearing what he was then (he was only 1 after all). However, the events that have transpired between then and this scene have basically confirmed the prophecy to Voldemort, and with that confirmed it's either him or Harry. This teenage boy has put up a fight for years, imagine what a threat he'd be 10 years from now.
@@blackshadexl Watch fantastic beasts and where to find them, some woman (called Nagini) had some curse that made her able to turn into an animal (snake) which eventually became involuntary and finally permanent.
Voldemort is such a fucking hypocrite. He's a mixture of magical and muggle blood, as is Snape and probably most people around that table - yet he wants it to be abolished. He's basically a wizard version of Hitler.
JK based him on Hitler and the Death Eaters on Nazis. Hitler had brown eyes and hair and only wanted those with blue and blond hair to not be killed (I believe, not totes clear with History). Both figures are aware of this, and it doesn't stop them in believing it is bad, despite how horrible the fact is.
I pity Lucius. But it's clear he was not expecting to have gone through so much. The Lucius seen in CoS is VERY different from the one seen in DH (1 and 2). And in DH2 he just wanted Draco alive, to the point where he didn't care about the cause anymore.
Everyone saw at 2:04 Severus trying to close his mind from Lord Voldemort when he was looking at Charity Burbage? This because Severus is master in Occlumency! Instead Voldemort would have killed him!!
i felt Terrible and felt really bad for Snape and Draco during this scenes but mostly Draco because i know that Snape is more than Strong enough to handle himself but i was worried for Draco
Omg snapes acting is just incredible the way he has to watch his friend die and cant do anything about it, and when u question if he is really a bad guy
"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Malfoy Manner. I have gathered here before me my most loyal Death Eaters - and yet, each of you has failed to kill Harry Potter. That makes me angry. And when Lord Voldemort gets angry, Nagini gets hungry. And when Nagini gets hungry... people DIE!!!!"
Can we talk about how the muggle teacher resembles lily a bit and the fact that she said “Severus please, we’re friends” exactly what Severus said to lily, as he begged for her understanding, when she was questioning snape’s choice of friends at school. You can see it in snape’s eyes, he was thinking about her.
The Harry Potter series did a great job of making the reader/viewer care about wands. Whenever a wand snaps in the movies I can't help but cringe, like they just kicked a dog or something.
Did Jason Isaacs win any sort of award for this scene? In my opinion, this scene has always been one of the best scenes in the whole series. Look and listen to how fucking scared Lucius is of Voldemort while Mr no-nose himself just straight up taunts him the whole time. Jason displayed his fear so well, here, and it's awesome acting.

I love that Voldemort breaks off the cane head "I don't need this poncy shit"
Actually, he did that because he enjoyed humiliating Lucius.
+MilesEdgeworth129 I think he did it to punish him. He asked for a wand, sensed that Lucius wasn't loyal enough to give his one, took it from him and broke it, just to show that he wasn't going to use it.

It just shows how attached wizards and witches are to their wand. You basically give up your strongest symbol of status. Also everyone on the table knows that Olivander is in the dungeons, so it's hard to get new wands.
When Voldemort saunters behind the Death Eaters most of them look unnerved. Disgusted and scared. *Why the fuck did we bring this guy back?*
I may have to re-read the book, but I am pretty sure Bella did volunteer to give her wand.
They're not amazing, they're just cowards.

I like how at this point the wand just does "Avada Kedavra" from just "Avada"

Purple _Hunter Yes, I felt so bad for him in both the books and movies. A lot of people call Draco a coward, but he is just a kid with a sociopath in his home. He was just as helpless as Snape was in that moment. Wanting to do something but unable to do because doing it would mean certain death.
Trix78415 he was helpless in this particular situation, but he very much is a cowardly bully with no backbone or strong will.
A+ acting from both Tom Felton and Alan Rickman. Anyone who says Snape never cared about anyone besides Lily needs to watch this scene carefully.
It's complicated. At first he DEFINITELY didn't care about anyone besides Lily, but overtime I believe he softened since he generally cared about the Malfoys and tried to protect the students.
His face is blank but his eyes are so empathetic
@@dookeland8 Great acting btw
Snape also did care about Harry overtime, he just didn't want to admit it.
True, Lucius in the Books and the Movie was looking haggard, Voldemort was Satanic. In magical anything there will NEVER be another villain like that.
Sorry for the wall, but I found that people explaining his actions just because of the life he had at the orphanage is not doing the character (and J.K Rowling's work) justice
No I actually didn't found all that information on his character alone (just to be fair with other's work)
True he wasn't That powerful that if death eaters turned on him he could just wave them off, however he inspired fear and awe.
P3PSI642
I felt bad for Draco who looks absolutely traumatised and Snape, who has to play villain when in reality he’s actually the hero. 🖤

Jason Isaac played Lucius really well, you can hear the fear in his voice...

TheGame2k2s
I don't think so.
*****
He'd probably turn even more unstable if he finds that out.

+Super Heroes That's what the ego is for though, to compensate for the self-loathing. Look up superiority complex.

Pretty damn close. When you believe in a racial/magical purity that even you yourself don't match up to, that makes you a hypocrite like Hitler and Voldemort were.

kayceeBurtonFreak lol I wrote my comment then read this XD

Every great story needs a great villain :)

1:01 I like that lucius looks like he is done with his life and snape looks satisfied
Snape was my favourite character because the plottwist was amazing!
kiracattell I'll twist your plot
Nagini Scares all of the death eaters at 2:25
Hey, who wouldn't be scared of a giant "fuck-off" man-eating snake? I'm a reptile lover, and even I am repulsed by that thing.
Not everyone was scared dolohov (sorry if I spelled that wrong) wasn’t
The look on Snape's face at 1:01 is so well executed, you can just see the wheels turning.
Damnit, Lucius wand was the coolest looking of all, tied with the Elder Wand!
0:15 lucius says"My lord."in a crying voice and voldemort mimicking him was the funniest
"Why must I be surrounded by frickin' idiots?!"
1:04 Voldemort like "I should bitch-slap da shit out you."
Poor draco saw his teacher get killed :(
17kduerr what was the name of the teacher?
@@CardinaleVattene00 charity burbage
More like he was traumatised to see that if he would fail voldemort more he believe that he was the next one to be killed
She never taught him. No way in HELL did Draco Malfoy take muggle studies
Lucius doing a pigeon impression and Voldemort mocking him afterwards is the greatest thing ever.
Can we talk about how the muggle teacher resembles lily a bit and the fact that she said “Severus please, we’re friends” exactly what Severus said to lily, as he begged for her understanding, when she was questioning snape’s choice of friends at school. You can see it in snape’s eyes, he was thinking about her.
when voldemort kills chsrity snape and draco look like they want to cry
The Harry Potter series did a great job of making the reader/viewer care about wands. Whenever a wand snaps in the movies I can't help but cringe, like they just kicked a dog or something.
He didn't break Lucius' wand just removed the decorative snake head as he despised the idea of decorating wands
"Draco realising he'd rather be sitting at the table in hogwarts"
Voldemort *AVADA KEDAVRA*
Draco *Sniff*
Me: Well Draco, after those years of you calling me a Mudblood, I never realised you had feelings!!!
