This seems to be a pretty well known feature - we haven’t completed the Primordial Caves just yet so I’m not sure if it is in the Cave compendium or not, but that would explain why it’s pretty well known. As such, I wouldn’t really consider it an Easter egg since it’s not an intentional goofy feature or reference which would make it an Easter Egg, but more just an actual gameplay feature, different to the name tag related Easter Eggs shown off in the video. Actually, the Subterranodon has more of a physical resemblance to Tropeognathus and Rhamphorhynchus due to its crest and tail, while the name is adopted trom Pteranodon. So it's actually three things at once! Obviously its a fake dino in a Minecraft mod at the end of the day though so it is more of a fun fact.
That’s probably an item from a different mod, I never encountered such thing and it’s not on JEI. Maybe an item from a different mod ended up in the loot tables?

You can also find game controller in chests (in any cave I guess since I saw people find one in Primordial, when I found one in Abyssal Chasm), not sure what it references tho.
I believe that's a reference to the submarine that imploded earlier this year, and the whole Oceangate ordeal. That submarine was controlled by a very similar game controller.
@lordthunder4343 is correct - it’s a reference to the Oceangate submarine, although I’m pretty sure you can only find it in the Abyssal Chasm. Did it just come from a regular chest in the Primordial Caves?
There is another very cool one, not related to name tags! If you´ve got a Tremorsaurus and put a musicbox next to it and play any music disc, it will start to dance and will get sunglasses.

Most of my research was done by searching for “Easter Egg” on the Discord, and I didn’t even know that was a feature in the first place. And each sunglass is different to every tremorsaurus. For the ordinary one it'll have normal sunglasses, for the one affected with an Amber curiosity it'll have futuristic shades, and for the princess it'll have hearty sunglasses
A fun easter egg I found randomly is the "Game controller" trophy item that can very rarely be found in abyssal chasm loot barrels, presumably as a reference to the titan submarine.

When making this video, I wanted to make it as accessible as possible and so that people from foreign countries could watch it and understand it - since Pterosaurs are so closely associated with Dinosaurs if you call them dinosaurs it’ll make sense to more people, especially since the words “pterosaur” and “pteranodon” sound so similar and could be easily confused, so unfortunately I had to trade accuracy to make the video more understandable as a whole. "The land that time forgot" The second being "life finds a way" which is a reference to Ian Malcolm's words in jurassic park when the baby raptor hatched Also in an update there is tremmorzilla, a reference to godzilla
I looked through the texture files when the mod first released, and the easter egg skins here were the only ones present. I only checked mob textures though (and some sounds, but not all of them, and with no real pattern), so I can't rule out something elsewhere.
The texture Easter Eggs were all pretty easy to find, but it’ll probably just be a matter of time (and a lot of gameplay) before the others are found. So far, the two I haven’t included in the video were the dancing Tremorsaurus and the name tag being upside down on the Watcher, and they were both found after the video was uploaded.

if you try using the explorer's compass mod to find one of the games, it literally just deletes the compass
