Such a simple desire, to be happy with life. Strange thing is, to attain pure happiness, we need to connect with nature, and disconnect with what has become our society’s ‘norm’ of living. I am happy to see you attaining yours. It is my goal to reach mine, hopefully before I’m gone.🙂
Elaine Patton To live the Nomadic life some steps are needed, such as having a reliable home that is safe on the road. This is what I’m working towards. Present or future the time will come when it’s right, for me. 🙏🏻
That area is a very special place to me. Anywhere in the wilderness around Flagstaff, Williams, and the Grand Canyon is just stunningly gorgeous, peaceful, and healing. I spent some time exploring the area the first time I ever got out on the road by myself a few years ago and it completely inspired me and changed my outlook on life forever. Hope to run into you some day, Brian. Peace.✌🏼
Love old ruins and such. Found a old foundation this morning. Back at camp, asked the on duty "ranger" what was happening in the hills. Told me, there's no ruins there! Showed a photo, might want to look again. Love this old stuff. Great video. Safe travels. --Mark
When I see an old homestead I always take the time to wonder about the possible history of said building! I am thankful you are excited about your future now! God is good! I find my attitude is directly connected to my littlest grandson, Orin, who is three and adores me...make me feel I am a millionaire forever blessed! He is so loving..the most lovingly natured little guy I have ever known..I am so blessed to have him in my life! God bless you and keep you safe,
Your video techniques just get better and better Brian. You are an inspiration to those who have not made it out there yet. Thanks for showing us those bottles! Back in the 70's my grandpa collected thousands of glass coke bottles for recycling! That brought memories back!
So happy to know that you are happy in this life. Isn't it what we all want, to be content, feel included, and happy to be alive in this world when we wake up, for ourselves and every one else who inhabit this planet. How great that would be.
Love how you express your contentment and gratitude when you're out in nature. Strange how we have to disconnect from what man has made and connect with what God has made in order to feel whole.
This song reminds me so much of you and your out look on life. Travis Tritt and the song is It's a Great Day To Be Alive. Give it a listen sometime . Keep up the great videos and keep smiling! Me and the wife enjoy all your hard work that you do for these videos.
dear brian love listening to you you are inspirational to me always end up back to your site love to hear you are so happy I think you are in your element like you I think the simple life is the only way for me but not there yet peace to you to always
With all the brick and poured walkway, it could have been a home at one time. The area could have been a base camp for the surveyors as they worked. Lovely views.
Another great video Brian! Those junipers are actually Pinyon pine. The slate is actually Flagstone. Ash Fork is known as the Flagstone capital of the world. That was Bill Williams mountain in the background up on the Colorado Plateau. I've spent a lot of time exploring the area in my jeep. Again, loved the video Brian. I wish you flew your drone. Would have loved to see an aerial view.
I believe the grass that attracted your attention is known as Giant Sacaton (pronounced "sack-uh-tone", emphasis on last syllable). It was common for the native americans and early explorers to gather armloads of it to use as bedding. In the late summer, showy, feathery stalks 3-5 feet high appear and make for quite a sight. In the desert towns and cities, the plant is now cultivated for use in landscaping. The dead looking stalks now are last years crop. Great area to spend time in and commune with nature.
Inspiring video, I'm in that dark place at the moment, feeling like I'm just not a good fit for this world, I'm depressed and have been for as long as I can remember and I've been questioning why I should bother going on. I've steadily been getting hooked on the idea of van life and the more I watch the more I think it might be for me, it's my time to go find happiness! Love the idea of having a dirtbike too, nothing makes me smile & forget my problems like riding a bike on the rough stuff. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... Mr Brian.... My bald old head really appreciated the time away, riding & exploring with you. As soon as my caregiver duties are complete, you'll look out across some canyon to see another dual sport rider approaching and it'll be me waving at you 😁..... Enjoy..... Peace
This has to be one of the most beautiful places you have camped. I could stay there for days and days. Having a trail bike is fun. And very smart that you are wearing a helmet. I used to ride dirt bikes and race enduros in my teens. My helmet saved my hide on many occasions! I even wear one riding my mountain bike around my neighborhood. With so many van dweller's camping in the desert, I am surprised nobody ever mentions seeing snakes and scorpions. I do remember a scorpion in one of your vids.
That’s so awesome to hear. Was talking about this on a woman nomad’s forum and since I’ve been an empty nester, I’ve been struggling to be happy and find a purpose. I don’t know why but I’m sure that will happen when I’m on the road. Fun ride! Beautiful place. Good life. Lucky man.
Thanks for the trail ride, Brian. Also, it’s amazing to me that more people don’t realize how being in nature can rejuvenate the soul. Your happiness is so evident. Happy travels! 🌺
Great views. With all the vegetation you can tell that area gets a lot more water. Supposed to be a huge aquifer under were you are right now. If I was to purchase a piece of property in Arizona that is the area I'd look. Anywhere between and around Williams to Flagstaff. Great summer home and high enough not to get blazing hot temps. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us.
Awesome peaceful place. Beautiful high top vistas & wild life at a place I will never physically be able to go so I really appreciate seeing it from your perspective. Ty for sharing. I love this country's splendor.
It is so nice to hear the joy that is in your life right now. Your routine sounds like a good one and I'm glad it is making you happy. The scenery you shared was just gorgeous. I always enjoy when you're able to include wildlife like that beautiful butterfly. And the survey markers were a terrific find. Thumbs up.
You have brought me such joy from watching you experience the long lost road in life. I hope to soon be on my way from the bondage of society to the serene tranquility of the roads less traveled. You are truly an inspiration and I am so happy that you have found your peace and harmony. God bless and be safe!
..nice to see you have such awesome privacy and isolation... with your own personal cell tower! There are camping spots that have a higher personal vibe for me than others..Chiricahua's is one of them, one feels like they are the only person on the planet after awhile...I will love that when I start boondocking towards the end of the year..
Hey brother up at 3:00 having coffee sitting here on the hook key largo I think I had mentioned before I had a couple CT 70s and many bikes before and after probably around 25 used to buy them fix them sell them as a kid it would really be nice if you had it down the keys you know how it is closer to the equator the better in January and February come on down let's meet up go do a little fishing south of key West ✌️
Thanks for the motor bike ride. I assume you were using your camera gimbal to stabilize the picture while riding. Looked great, I appreciated the steady pic from the bike. I watch all your vids; thanks for sharing. Maybe you could show us how you attach your camera while riding the bike?
Hello there, another relaxing time sitting here watching your video. Payton and that area are really nice. We travel through there twice a year from Michigan. Many places for your style of camping. People try and make too much happen to be happy....isn’t necessary at all. Thanks and safe travels.
Around Flag, most people go to the pines for camping. That high desert area doesn’t get much use. Similar land like that where you were in Camp Verde, and a little north of it. Great video, I love seeing all the places you go, but it is kind of cool to see you go to the places I know as well.
Sunlight helps depression, so, hope that’s a thing of the past for you. Nature is so very beautiful and it’s free! Thanks for sharing your experiences with us. Safe travels.
We have red dirt at our place. Just started putting some plants in the ground. I am glad traveling has helped clear your head. I remember experiencing something like that when i hit the road solo in my 20s. I just didn't have the life experience i have now in my 40s. It was good for the soul to get out in the world and travel around. Some of my favorite memories from that time were driving around listening to music, looking at new sceenery as i traveled to the PNW.
Good for you, Brian! We all have a place in the world. It just takes us a while to find it. Some of us, sadly, never find it. You do seem to be in your element! Glad you found it!
The road is so dangerous Brian there a lot of stone you should always careful !tnx for this vedeo !more power !all the way from abudhabi love and kisses !peace brother !
That is one awesome view, the old home place with the rock sidewalk is very interesting. If rocks could talk, oh the stories that they could tell. Peace and safety Brian!
Man, i love it when you make a video on the bike. i had a CT 90 when I was in high school. i beat the hell out of it and it kept on going. Thought about getting another, it was a great time and a great bike. Stay safe!
That beauty yellow butterfly made my day. :-) ...and I was thinking- I felt alone in the city today- and you feel the opposite out there. Something odd with this equation. But it's true - nature makes us feel at one with it. Can't feel alone then. 🌲🌿🌼🦋
Awesome spot and ride! Funny I feel the same way. I had no purpose, happiness, or excitement for the future when I was in college and working full time. Love that damn Honda! Keep us in the loop with moving forward with registration and license shenanigans. Always been confused by the process buying a bike out of home state with registration and all that. I think many others would like to know ✌👍🚵💨
Happy to see you being able to commute with nature and center yourself. We are always pushing ourselves to go, go, go when we need to be still and see the true beauty of our world. Thank you for sharing this very special place and take your time to recharge your soul with peace! Peace and Love
So wonderful, thank you for sharing 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Me three
Me four.....
There is no better time than the PRESENT!💜🙏💜
wish you all the luck in the world,friend..
Elaine Patton To live the Nomadic life some steps are needed, such as having a reliable home that is safe on the road. This is what I’m working towards. Present or future the time will come when it’s right, for me. 🙏🏻
There is nothing more beautifully created by nature
Keep enriching Your Life, it enriches Mine. Thanks Brian for being...
Brian, I smile watching your videos. Thanks for that!

i like that message; " I'm just not there anymore ".
I chuckle every time you whistle. I can't whistle either. I enjoy your videos.
Love old ruins and such. Found a old foundation this morning. Back at camp, asked the on duty "ranger" what was happening in the hills. Told me, there's no ruins there! Showed a photo, might want to look again. Love this old stuff. Great video. Safe travels. --Mark
Wake, coffee, ponder, explore, film, eat, ponder, shower, edit, sleep, repeat! That's a routine I could live with. Peaceful...😎
😎 find, the survey markers. & yes the view is Awsome!! Thanks for the videos keep them coming. Eric Sulen, Grand Rapids, Michigan.

So cool the desert scenery and the stuff one can find out there sometimes. Great adventure!

You are such a lovely soul. Glad you are finding your way and taking us along.
So happy to know that you are happy in this life. Isn't it what we all want, to be content, feel included, and happy to be alive in this world when we wake up, for ourselves and every one else who inhabit this planet. How great that would be.
You do find some beautiful spots.....simple needs and wants.....peaceful.............Glad you are at peace and happy with your life
Love how you express your contentment and gratitude when you're out in nature. Strange how we have to disconnect from what man has made and connect with what God has made in order to feel whole.
I hope you know that you bring a lot of positivity to so many....Peace.....
I've met Brian several times. A terrific person.
We are very happy to see you happy and enjoying another day out in nature. Love your videos
Your attitude of Gratitude is so contagious. :) I am a broken record but I appreciate you sharing!! Much aloha!
SO grateful for you; that you have found the peace that you, and we all need. BE the moment.
I like this style a lot Brian. It’s like a virtual hike/ride. Good angles 📽

Fun ride! Beautiful place. Good life. Lucky man.
Nice location, beautiful area.
Brian - Thanks for sharing your adventures with us. I look forward to your weekly upload.Jeri
I have heard the grassy bush with the lone stalk (beautiful white flower when in bloom) called "bear grass"...just saying.
Very enjoyable, thanks for taking me along. I am so happy to hear how great U are feeling, puts a smile on my face.✌
I grew up riding a Honda Trail 90. Very dependable and lots of fun!
What you said about not having a place in the world really resonates with me. Im looking forward to starting van life!
Thanks for the trail ride, Brian. Also, it’s amazing to me that more people don’t realize how being in nature can rejuvenate the soul. Your happiness is so evident. Happy travels! 🌺

You should nick-name that trail bike 'The Mule' - Awesome adventure Brian. Glad you're happy and healthy. Peace.
Awesome vid, Brian. Like going on a mini adventure (along w/ the long term one) with you. And your positivity comes right through the screen, thanks!

Thanks for the ride. It's a nice area. I see why you like it so much.
Happy to be alive.
Cool! Makes me want to get back in to trail bikes. It,s only been about 50 years.
Dave T ... been about 40 years for me and the little Honda looks the same as it did back then.
@@deernhdlitz8659 but back then it was a 90, not a 110.

As always, a very pleasant visit, Brian.👍😊
the plant was a narrow leaf yucca. you can make some awesome cordage from that stuff. the flowers are edible and you can make soap from roots.
Such a peaceful atmosphere, I would camp there as long as I could. I truly love the trail bike clips, thanks for the adventure 👍🏾
Beautiful scenery. The butterfly was a treat.
Thanks for Sharing Brian wonder if that was an old homestead or cabin at one time thanks for sharing my friend and happy travels
As always, I really enjoyed this video. Great to watch on a Friday morning -ending a busy work week.
Another Great Video! Drama free! Thank you B! Cya on the Rubber Road To Freedom! T
Really enjoyed this video, Brian! Thanks for taking us along as you explored the area’s nature and beautiful vistas! ✌🏼
Hi Brian, that was a fun trip with you sir,Thank you.
Back in my vw bug days I would have loved taking one up that road.. used to piss off the four wheelers already there!
That beauty yellow butterfly made my day. :-) ...and I was thinking- I felt alone in the city today- and you feel the opposite out there. Something odd with this equation. But it's true - nature makes us feel at one with it. Can't feel alone then. 🌲🌿🌼🦋

Thank you Mary Beth. ✌
How fun with the trail bike!!!
