Hello thanks for sharing, just went through A1care and I saw dis .👇🏽 Q Because of the high amount of visa enquiries from abroad, we are now only sponsoring visa candidates from within the UK in need of changing their visa, who meet all the requirements needed. Thank you for the understanding!
Ma'am I am very time watching your video related to care taker I don't have experience in medical care and do not know complete driving then what do u suggest for me please.
Care mark or care max? Also, kindly go to the description box. Whoever you called probably gave you wrong info. It's boldly on A1 Care's website that they're a licensed sponsor. a1care.co.uk/care-jobs/
Well done, just to update you, A1 care have suspended sponsoring people from overseas but if you are in UK legally they'll be happy to take you in or change your visa status.
Thanks for the video. You are the best. However if am applying right now and i have just started on my IELT classes and i havent gotten my TB results yet. Will i be short listed or am just passing time??
TB results is for visa purpose. Not a job requirement. So you shouldn't do it yet. However, test of English proficiency is a job requirement. So you should have it on your CV while applying for work.

please..thanks for the video. for me i want to work as a care worker in any of these companies. what is the exam requirement to gain entrance into such firms. i have a degree not in the health field
Please I do not have any experience as a Health care worker nor do I have a degree or diploma in health, do I stand a chance? I have lots of love for this profession, please help, thank you.
I have these IELTS bands: listening 6, reading 3.5 , writing 6.5, speaking 6.5 and overall band 5.5..? I also hold Diploma in Physiotherapy Will they give me visa for Senior Care worker?
I doubt it, if they agree, you’ll be a normal care worker. To be a senior, you’ll need NVQ3, so the employer would need to enrol you on it. Most of them can’t be bothered, and as a foreigner in the UK, I’d say go somewhere else. The pay is absolutely horrendous, the diesel is 2 pounds per litre, a council tax 200-280 per month. Honestly, you work 44 hours per week, and you’ll never earn more than 1450 past the tax. Please go somewhere else. And if you want to come here, NHS would be the best for inclusion, pay and actually support, training and growth.
Thank you for featuring The Good Care Group in your video. Whilst we do recruit carers worldwide, as you will see from our website - we do not provide sponsorship for visas. You will need to have the right to work in the UK in order for us to accept an application from you.
Okay. Thank you for the clarification. It might be beneficial if the Good Care Group examined the possibility of being a sponsor though. It is now quicker, cheaper and easier for social care employers to recruit eligible workers to fill vital gaps from overseas. www.gov.uk/government/news/biggest-visa-boost-for-social-care-as-health-and-care-visa-scheme-expanded
It doesn't mean you don't qualify. It's just one of the job requirements listed by many domiciliary care homes. There could be few that provide transport to their staff. But they're less popular.
Yes, you don’t qualify. Community care involves driving around to check on people for 30 min or so. Sometimes the companies help with the fuel cost, sometimes they don’t, but driving is essential as people live really far apart.

You can choose to apply for a student visa and later get a part time job as a care worker when you are in the UK. OR You go for the HCW Visa. But you can't get both visas at the same time. Your school is your Visa sponsor as a student while the care home is your Visa sponsor for the HCW Visa. You can't have two different visa sponsors at the same time! Please do your own due diligence. Your sister knows what she is saying
@@charitya.aienobe-asekharen958 She hasn't mentioned applying for two visas at the same time. Her question is will applying to job vacancies jeopardise her chances of getting a student visa? Which is no. She can try her luck applying for jobs while still processing her student Visa. It doesn't negate eachother which is what she is asking.
@@Officialbiolalive Thank you for throwing more light. As regards trying to apply for the jobs and getting it then signing a contract with visa sponsorship; if she decides to change to a student visa which only allows 20 hours work against the full time required by her work sponsor, this may affect her legally given she would have defaulted on her contract. This is the aspect I think her sister was trying to point out and why I advised she do her own due diligence. Thanks for pointing out it doesn't spoil her chance for a student visa but the legal demands afterwards may become an issue. Agreed?

Please if someone goes through work visa, for how long will you be bound with this contract before you gain your independency from the sponsor? Or do u need to be tie to them as long as you're in UK?
Work visa is a 5 year settlement route. Typically, after you're on work visa for five years, you get your ILR and are free to do whatever. If you want to leave an employer before 5 years is complete, you've to get another work visa sponsor.
