All that the JP is doing it to ensure that his division is run correctly and that judges are held accountable. We all have responsibilities where we work and we must all be held accountable.
Justice CN Jafta when he talks he talks with clarity of unsurpassed standard same as he wrties his judgment when he was still active in service......even here he makes himself very clear....these are legal minds that we pray that God Can Give the more years to share their wisdom with all lawyers...30/1/2024
When i listened to the JP (Mlambo) objectively....he is neither biased or harbour prejudice against the Respondent he just states the facts....but legal gurus u can criticise me as harsh as u can...its my opinion...30/1/2024
You can’t apply corrective measures when the person concerned is not cooperating as Mlambo testified. The Judge acted in a way that she herself would never accept from an employee that appears before and said: “I didn’t talk to my boss and I had problems that prevented me to meet the standard expected”. This is not just irresponsible but reckless. This makes Mlambo look like the bad guy when the judge is the bad person by just not engaging the JP.🤷♂️
Where are the corrective measures initiated by JP Mlambo when the problem was picked up. Absent the measures and if there's fairness, JP Mlambo should also be impeached for failure to discharge his duties as JP.
The Gauteng division is being delivered to the highest bidder, the transformational agenda undertaken by JSC is being undermined and JP Dunston Mlambo is leading the charge, it appears!
Judge President D Mlambo's hard-hitting and concise answers make Justice P G Malindi look silly. Grossly neglecting your judicial duties and then using African juju as a defense after the fact is childish.
@williamnganjone4108 Do yourself a favor, concentrate on the affairs of your own country. We have no word like juju in South Africa. Don't create confusion here.
@@trustingnobody628 Ouch did I touch a raw nerve!! Don't worry my dear the word juju was not meant for you. If you don't like my response don't read it, it's as simple as that. In addition, if you don't want me to respond to, "your things" tell your tribunals not to splash them all over RUclips because RUclips does not belong to you or South Africa.
Ahaa, now we have arrived at the nitty gritty of the issues here. The CJ, by the way Zondo CJ it is, has instigated the move of disciplining judges and it seems it is mostly black judges on the receiving end. The script is unfolding, the undoing of any little transformation post 1994
Justice Jafta assisted the case of Justice Mngqibisa with his questioning of Justice Mlambo. Thanks for Justice Malindi for assisting the tribunal greatly with his questions

This is the same CJ who does not discipline himself and his fellow Const. Court judges for massively overdue judgments by him and them.
seat down you know no law
