The poor driver is just doing what he is being told to do.

Have you brought the police officer in front of the camera who was misusing Government Vehicle.....? If you haven't done it, then why ask these questions from the poor employees performing their duties and standing outside the restaurant....... It is appreciated to find out the actual person and ask such questions from the one responsible for these irregularities rather than catching the helpless persons standing outside and waiting for the officer/ kids to come out from restaurant or school. This way, You are also misusing your mike and camera....
