It was recorded at Pikes in Ibiza where Wham did Club Tropicana. It was Freddie Mercury's favorite place in Ibiza.

I may add that Pikes Hotel in Ibiza where this was filmed was also the filming location for the music video for “Club Tropicana” by Wham!
