When they all went down into the basement and noticed the light was on down the hall. They wrote it off to being a motion sensor, but when it was just Colby and Sam, they walked down there and down the hall and that light never came on.
at 42:49, the "faint shuffling sound is Amanda pushing a button. watch her hand while listening to the audio. she didnt realize it was making noise though, because of the noise canceling headphones. props to them.

Despite Amanda seemingly to see/hear things that are connected to the house/spirits, even the homeowner confirmed she was right, it felt like Sam and Colby thought she was dumb. When she was holding their hands and saying they might feel hot, etc. Sam looked into the camera like "whatever" and then he said "it's actually getting hot". And then Colby rolled his eyes at her. Then they thought they knew better than her about going in the basement.
24:50 u sharing ur expierence made me wanna share mine. ive been sratched, ive heard my name being called when no one was there, and it be in either my mom or aunts voice. but the thing that scared me the most, was id wake up between and 5 on the dot, and id hear someone run from my moms room, to the laundry room, to the bathroom thats connected to my room as if someone was coming to scream at me, and this all started when i thought i heard my mom come from her room to use the restroom. id even hear my aunts door open then close then not even 5 seconds later id hear someone walk into the bathrom and there would be no one there.
It's really coming together but in the movie Lorain couldn't see it that's why it was hard to believe and Amanda cannot see it. They both feel it but it's not able to be seen they didn't banish the demon back they locked it in the house and into the basement that's where it will reside for the rest of the ages that house will stand
Also if you like amanda she also has a youtube channel with her friend Mackie they call themselves the spooky boos. They go all around so cal (as far as i know) and investigate haunted places
it was because Kat wanted to marry him and he wasn't ready, she went back to LA to continue her music career and he focused on taking care of Colby during chemo in Vegas, but they're still friends none the less^^
