Ron "pumps his own gas" Stewart is definitely crushing right now. not sure I understand the Kyren disdain relative to his tier, and I'm really high on Bucky Irving, but I love the content as always, sir!
I really think people are forgetting what hamstring injuries are like, they linger all season. I’m fading anyone in the draft dealing with pre season hamstring injuries regardless of where they fall and how much value they are at that pick
Man i waited to draft RB in my most recent dynasty SF league and landed Javontae, Montgomery, B Rob, Jerome Ford, Mostert rounds 10-14 and my team is UNREAL plus only one of these guys needs to his top 10 or 12 and its laughing to the chip baby
@stiffjabzz4237 Jettas, G Willy, DK Metcalf, Dionte Johnson, Jakobi Myers, Wicks, and Mcmillan. I went bully TE and got Laporta and Mandrews because the value was good for TEP then Goff, Cousins, Baker, Darnold at qb
All dead zone rbs r risky. If u r reduced to dead zone, at least draft dudes who r good, and have juice, and still can break out. Warren and Rhemondre are like Ronnie says, excellent examples. No need to draft an old rb in fantasy cuz they are always overvalued. I also don’t hate Devon singletary. Still prime age, still has juice, knows how to play.
Hey Man! Great content as always! As far as growing your channel, I’d recommend doing a weekly giveaway of your draft guide to people who are subscribed, comment on your videos, like the video, and announce winner in a video? Should increase subscribers/comments. There’s only 3 weeks left of drafting so only 3 draft giveaways, could always do more but just a thought.
Great call on Rhemondre. He is a great player unfortunately hurried on a terrible offense. But like u said, it’s why he is in the dead zone in the first place
In my one of home leagues, 10 teamer, half-PPR, start 10. We started over, and I got Javonte Williams at the 8.02. My friends are sharp, so I don’t think he was going to make it back around to me. I do hope he bounces back. Ik I should tried to wait to get him in the 9th or 10th rounds. I still believe it was the right call at the time.
How do you feel about stacking WR and RB on the same team? Most people avoid it, I assume to diversify point allocation and not get tanked by one team’s bad week, but high end players are high end players for a reason. We expect Bijan and London to crush most weeks, so why is everyone scared to draft them (for example) together?
Most of my comments on Ron's takes have tended to lean positive but usually contain a bit of push back. Not this time. 100% agree with all 5 of Ron's choices and also agree Javonte Williams is the most appealing of them. I'd like to throw in 2 more names: C Hubbard and T Chandler. 1) I'm leaning towards Brooks contributing RB2 value in the 2nd half, but if CAR gets buried in the standings and Hubbard is running reasonably well, Hubbard could provide RB2 numbers. If CAR is playing for nothing, it makes more sense to get Brooks feet wet rather than piling on NFL wear & tear. 2) Aaron Jones still carries name recognition but is no longer the same productive back from a few years ago. His durability is obviously a big concern too. I don't consider Chandler particularly talented but I do think the MIN offense could be better than expected if Darnold can come close to a slightly below average QB. Whether by ineffectiveness or injury, I'm betting on Chandler starting in the back half of the season.
Disagree on Javonte. Broncos are expected to be one of the lowest scoring offenses. They'll be out of the hunt at some point and with Williams being on the last year of his contract and not being one of Payton's guys, wouldn't be surprised if they see what they have with Estime towards the end. But love the stats, etc. to back up the argument. Good stuff!
Well he puts himself out there. I think Ronnie is in a crowd of one for JW. JW is headed for the ole glue factory 🏭, that bronco in all done. Interestingly, he never did anything. But some dudes can’t stop 🛑, when there r plenty of dudes that r in their prime that have achieved like RS
This content was on point. Do you have a WR rookie stats for BF2 PPG. Looking for the next stand out WR in this years rookie draft. Or the next 2/3 year Wr to smash.
maybe it’s my confirmation bias but i love all these picks. only thing is brian robinson’s yppr is a little misleading due to some extremely long yac plays
Does Brooks give you Miles Sanders vibes? Sat behind a generational RB in college (Sanders behind Barkley) played 1 yr as the starter then drafted to the NFL. Sanders of course has been underwhelming in the NFL and Brooks got hurt when given the backfield in college.
Good video. If Brooks kills me this year it is what it is but I honestly think this will go down as one of the community’s worst takes. Panthers draft bad. Brooks only excelled in college against weak competition. Wonder what happens when panthers name their captains
as far as I know, Allbright is considered pretty hacky and not that trustworthy as a source. he's tweeted out some really weird stuff in the past, then tried to claim things like Russia hacking his twitter for those posts. It would be nice to get the perspective from a more reputable beat reporter for the Broncos.
Chase brown has 44 career Carries and people are like “he’s a league winner” lol.. cmon people, Zach Moss isn’t a great RB, but has proven to be dependable
You miss the fact that these rbs are on teams with no hope to be playing winning football. As such those things called TDs are rare. Others like Jaylen Wright, Chase Brown, even Ray Davis will have usage on winning teams and are one dinged team mate to even greater opportunities.
Anyone telling to draft javonte williams is an idiot. I go to broncos training camp every day. Javonte shows up to camp late almost every day. He drops passes every day and preforms lack luster. He's also running with the 2 alot of days. On the other hand jaleel Mcghlaulin shows up an hour early every day. Preforms amazing every day. Sean payton gushes over him. He is sean paytons guy. Plus he gets the most reps with the 1s. Behind that estime is a amazing pass blocker and gets more reps every day. Point is don't be surprised if javonte is rb3 on there depth chart by week 4.
I respect your opinion but I got Najee as the 100% better value pick than Warren. He’s a top 10 talent at the position imo. And I’m the biggest Najee hater. This isn’t the year to hate him and he can win your league. Much more worth the pick.
im the biggest najee hater and in same breaty saying hes top10. sounds like ur closer to najee stan than najee hater. anyone with eyes could see warrens just better
Najee cleared 100 scrimmage yards 3 times in 17 games last season and in 2 of those it took almost 30 touches for him to get there. He's as mid as it gets in terms of talent.
@@BillsMafiaFamily naw trust me I am Steeler hater in general I’m just not trying to blind myself. Najee highlights last year are top 10 rb. With the coaching and line upgrades he will be 10-15. I could be wrong but the upside is more than Warren. You’ll see.
"Jonathan Taylor was one of the best prospects ever, drafted in the second round" You can make your point without lying to this extent. Taylor was not seen as a generational prospect then.
I never said generational. He absolutely was one the best prospects ive ever charted at RB. He was a better prospect than guys like Rashaad Penny, Najee Harris, Sony Michel, CEH, etc. He has the 4th most rushing yards ever in the NCAA and he wouldve broken the record had he stayed for a 4th year. Then he ran a 4.39 at 225 ibs.
@@RonStewart_ You said he was "one of the best prospects ever" That's probably even better than generational. If you want to say that he was that high for you sure, but just stating that he was one of the best ever and even he got drafted in the second is misleading.
