Since the Teacher Salary Endowment started funding in 2016, we've raised more than $7 million, which has resulted in a $2,085 permanent increase in teacher salaries (as of the 2023-24 school year). In order to increase salaries for our teachers to be competitive with public school colleagues, the endowment needs to continue to grow to reach $15 million, and YOU can help us get there!
