I have traveled throughout Africa it amazes me we in the West like to talk about over population in Africa actually per capital Africa has one of the least population around the world. Look at Russia they are giving media of honor to women and $16000 to women who have 10 kids or more. Africa need to continue as they please having more kids at they like they have the land and resources as they develop will be able to use it better then us in the West exploiting Africa and under developing so we can suck of there resources for cheap.
