This is one of the few times in history where it’s unanimously agreed on that kendrick was out-rapped on a song. We’re lucky to experience this piece of art and kanye’s crazy ass verse

This song is so good in retrospect. He's telling us all the context we'd need to understand how he got to the point of mental breakdown/exhaustion. From the deep and painful things like family and friends betraying him to the seemingly insignificant annoyances like not having the car you want, having to deal with the annoying fact that you're Kanye west and have to argue about getting the car you want, to then having an assistant crash the car you want before you even get to drive it. That's such a small and intimate detail and he half laughs it off as "rich nigga problems" but when you have all this stress piling up in your life little things like that can really stand out and if you have or are developing depression you can become hyper sensitive to seemingly small things like that that make you feel at some level like you don't have control over your life.
