- The Longest Serving Landlady In The UK - Episode Two (Episode 2). Hi everyone. I was fortunate enough to be able to re-visit The Griffin Inn Pub in North Wales - Jean Williams is the longest serving landlady in the land and this is my second visit. The beautiful piano is still there in the bar and Jean and myself had a good old tune on the Joanna and I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to Jean and the locals at The Griffin Inn Pub for making me so welcome. Unfortunately manyBritish public houses have closed or force to change to eateries 🤮as the bean counters have made our world more materialistic so it’s good to see a traditional pub ❤

wow. what a video. I wish that this could happen in the USA. This video brought back a lot of memories with my grandmother on the piano. when terry played that song this heart of mined. I broke down crying of that sing. My grandmother and my mom sang that song to me when i was a baby. so beautiful video. Thank you, terry, and everybody in the pub.

I sure do miss my dad, he passed away in 2019, and my husband just passed away 5 weeks ago... Hi Terry love all your Videos . I"m originally from Richmond Upon Thames. I live in British Columbia. My grand mother was a nurse in the first world war. And she played the piano in the pubs . that's how i started playing the piano from my Grand Mother. i was self taught .would love to jam with you one of these days. I wrote a Tribute song for Sir Norman Wisdom Back in 2009 and had a letter from the queen thanking me for writing the song ,and for sharing my memories of Sir Norman with her which was a great honor for me. keep up the great playing all the best to you Chris J Marr
