My father grew up on the same street as Gilbert O'sullivan ad the same time he did. Gilbert is from Waterford, Ireland 🇮🇪. Moved to the UK at an early age

Great cover of a great song! I enjoyed listening to you playing this on the piano, thank you. I have a video on RUclips that shows my interpretation of how to play the piano part from the original single on the piano. I have done the same with "No Matter How I Try" and "Ooh-Wakka-Do...". By the way (Sorry, I'm being a little pedantic here!), Alone Again was originally released as a single only, and didn't appear on an album (other than subsequent greatest hits albums). It was released in February 1972, between the release of his first album "Himself" in August 1971, and his second album "Back To Front" in October 1972. Back in the day, artists often released singles that weren't then included on the album, so that loyal fans didn't have to pay twice for the song (Yes, I was a loyal fan back then....and I still enjoy his music). The Beatles were a prime example of artists that didn't put singles on albums.

Man that's awesome, congrats bro! Welcome to the club haha, I know you'll enjoy it. That's awesome, video games have some of the best OST out there so that's already a big first step for you to take, and I think that would exactly be my advice - just learn what you want to learn! And you can do it at your own pace, your own way.
I myself can't read music sheets to this day haha, but the one other tip I can share with you is try to learn all the chords and scales, they'll help you build a strong foundation and soon you'll be able to play any song.

What equipment do you usee do record audio wiht the great quality?
Thanks for asking! My keyboard actually has a MIDI function built-in so I don't have to use any additional equipment, I just record it straight from the keyboard itself.

Well I myself never use music sheets, so I found a tutorial on how to play the song somewhere on youtube haha, hope that helps!

Azrin Hilmi u shouldve pressed the autofill button as this dongs a harder drum snare sound. U shouldn’t ve played the whole song with the soft drum sound. Start it off like this but most of the song needs the full sound with drums. Can u re do it? Awesome playing though. Love all the chords
