@@Alexxx95_H I personally prefer the push kick bc it's so versatile, and you can do it standing, seated or from the ground. The rising kick is sort of a one trick pony, but it's fun to practice.

Some say that its more effective than the straight forward kick as it pushes the testicles up and crushes them to the pubic bone. But on the other hand, its easier to block I think. Oh, I just got it, after watching till the end and seeing the date of upload. This is in response to Trumps private recorded comment to Bush, like 11 years before it surfaced. If people just did some critical thinking, and not just believing fake news, they'd release Trump was speaking metaphorically, when certain types of women offer themselves up to rich and/or famous men.
