At 1:35 No privacy the neighbors are right there. I guess because I live in the mountains and we have no views of any neighbors. We have a stream that runs below on our property so we have the natural water sounds, big old pine trees, deer, quail, raccoons, possums, skunks that don't spray, it's a great life!
