Wataru's Turbo 86 was really the coolest car in the show up until that point imo, even though it was technically flawed. Kinda sad that he switched up to super-charger later in the story, really killed the magic.
Honestly, it's pretty impressive that Watura almost 1v2 keisuke and Kenta on their own home course first try. If it wasn't for those thunder members crashing their car on a guardrail, Watura could have had the win in the bag.
I think they mean not knowing when a single turbo with lots of boost pressure would suddenly kick in if you are in the middle of a turn at a high rpm, if you are in oversteer and the turbo kicks in mid turn you could loose control and run out of angle to correct
Also, this happened to nakazato except the only difference was that the turbo kicked in while he had no more grip on his front tires, meaning the ATTESSA ETS wouldn't have saved him
Mostly likely yes they are no longer blocks old stage's episodes so yeah we win this battle Expect final and fifth stage which is avex still have their rights Man i am glad that they didn't lose the rights for those a$$ stages

Turbo lag is scary...never know when a random snap oversteer will be the last moment you'll ever live before crashing.
