This is not how you play Brazil at all, first and for most; 1. Invade Uruguay and form Empire of Brazil 2. Create 1 Motor, Fertilizer, and Steel factory doing the trades necessary for them 3. Make 3 Civilian Factories and get Factory Output 2 4. Get Tax Reform, and maxed out taxes 5. Develop until Tier III on all cities 6. Switch to Limited conscription 7. Focus on research 8. Get exoskeletons on infantry, as well as balancing that out with your tax income 9. You by now if done correctly have infinite money, manpower, and as long as you've balanced your spending you can easily have 75% stability before 2021 Some extra tips, you don't need oil for a navy or airforce to actually continue running and since you won't be using tanks the only thing about fleets (4 of each ship and an aircraft carrier) are their raw expense which you can easily uphold with your tax allowing for aircraft carriers to be utilized to their extremes, never over do any spending as you need a consistent flow of money until tier III, a risky strategy is going into debt and getting IMF intervention for a quick 2 develops, don't EVER use tanks as they are no longer meta, don't be afraid to have a large military spending it will make you win every single battle

Brazil is really one of the most OP countries for some factors: - Huge population (Besides China, India and the US Brazil has the largest population and mp in the game). - Has almost every resources in it's territory to build a powerful industry. - Is located in a peaceful region and is BY FAR the strongest country of South America - Has a huge economy in early game cuz the country is a democracy. This allows you to develop the country and then go into war.
