I appreciate ateez cover of Rhythm ta, however their performance involved a lot of back-up dancers and focused more on the camera, but all in all they were good performer while Treasure's cover was incredible because they are just themselves with a mic and a band. No back-up dancers. And also be on rap, dance, vocals, adlib, stage presence and hyping the crowd , nothing's lacking. That's why, i go with Treasure.

Little information for you guys who stan group from YG for the first time (isn't it?). Their timeline normally were like: drop album/single - going on tour - hiatus and preparing new comeback - then drop new song. It seems lack of song for the fans but on the other hand they will have so much time to make new song and its kinda good for their private life, they still have time with their family. Also on the hiatus time they drop some content like Tmap, shining solo and other variety show. So while teumes enjoying their content, treasure members preparing their new music. YG doesn't want their artist to be overwork and give them a space to grow as they want to be. For example with BP, they just renew their contract last year with big number of money but YG give them 1 year off for them to do their solo's schedule and they will be back this year with new album and world tour.
I think it’s fair that Ateez made their cover of rhythm ta sounds more like them since it’s for kingdom (survival/reality/competition show) not for a fancon like Treasure ...if it’s for a competition they can’t sound like the original one right...plus of course they need to all out with the props & dancers etc since it’s literally a competition...while Treasure sounds almost like the original one cause it’s considered as “paying homage” to their sunbaenim...but overall I think I prefer trsr one better , the og always good yk but I do enjoy Ateez cover as well 😂😂😂 I didn’t watch the whole kingdom show but I did watch all the performances, Ateez & ikon both sounds so good covering each other song...❤
