Ekpe is more of symbolism than entertainment and the people of the cross rivers must never forget that. Unity and power must be fostered in the Cross River regions once again through Ekpe. Festivals like this in Calabar can be a significant stepping towards achieving such unity
Lovely cultural display of Efik and Ejagham traditional play. For this recorded history, there is a need for a narration and introduction of different types of Ekpe masquerade and what they signify. For instance the sticks and their meanings some were guarded and controlled others were free. Some wore grass members danced with clubs hitting the ground. Two wore plantain leaves and just stood one place for others to go and greet. I believe all these mean something. Could there be an explanation please.
Beautiful culture and tradition, as it has not endanger any human life and is not involved in human sacrifice of the blood. Christ Jesus is the Lord of all, and the end of all sacrifices, apeacing the Lord God, Almighty. Believe it for your sins to be forgiven you, and accept Him for you to be justified through faith with God.

From the 40th to the 50th minute, you included activities that did not emanate from the Cameroonian visit. Was that really necessary?
