👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤
FYI
Epke Zonderland is the first Dutch gymnast (male or female) to win Olympic Gold Medal in Artistic Gymnastic.
Sanne Wevers is the first FEMALE gymnast to win Olympic Gold for Netherlands.
Love the love Simone gave her when they placed the 🥇 on her. Genuinely happy for her! Great sportsmanship!
She said that seeing Sanne win gold was beautiful. She’d made a large error, still got bronze but felt that it was a great moment for the sport for the Dutch gymnast to win. Great sportsmanship.
Title is wrong though. Epke Zonderland was the 1st individual Dutch Olympic gymnastics champion on high bar in 2012. Sanne Wevers is the 1st individual Dutch Olympic WOMEN's gymnastics champion though. The very 1st Dutch Olympic gymnastic champion was the 1928 team that won the only event at the time (a team exercise). The very first time women could participate in gymnastics at the Olympics.
Her ability to change her routine last minute is so impressive!
Super beam specialist 🥰
This is a common this Sanne does! She nearly always downgrades during qualifications and breaks out her hardest routine in finals!
Change her routine how? All she did was miss connections and then not to do the following skill, that’s not changing your routine.
@@riquebusta8652 If you notice, sometimes when she's really on her game she'll add a connection like with her mount to BHS in her AA routine. But when she's off or unsteady she'll break a connection and make a new one. In the first routine her aerial walkover is connected to her acro series (2x aerial cartwheel), in the second she connects it with a BHS and in the third with a wolf jump.
Is expected that gymnasts add difficulty on the Finals to get more points in the difficulty score.
Seeing them all three makes it even more impressive. She was so stable at these Games
Simone USA is the real talent. USA is best
I love her routine!
YAS QUEEN! i love sanne 🥰
Marvellous, such a joy to watch!
she personifies fluidity and grace
A treat to watch.
Sanne Weavers 'Queen of beam'❤
Best beam gymnast
It's a Dutch Artistic Gymnast.
😱
I loved it so much this beam routine! it's so beautiful and unique to watch it, so well deserved the gold medal!
6:35 Just a small detail, but i like the way Simone smiles at Sanne kissing her medal :)
Me, too. I just made this same comment. Genuinely happy for her! Great sportsmanship!
Yes, it’s a beautifully genuine moment. Senne is beyond grateful and Simone is so proud of her!
@@ShelleeGraham Yes! She was very proud of her!
The queen of spins on the balance beam
She delivered an incredibly difficult routine under so much pressure. How amazing is that?
well she didnt really win the gold, simone just lost it
Wow! She changed the compositions of her routines on the spot as she deemed fit. Quick thinking and her body and skills went with the impromptu chages well. Did she keep her difficulty the same all throughout those routines even with the differences?
I believe she increased her difficulty to edge out Hernandez!
No, she added for final with her mount- it was something like 0.4 extra for that.
Brilliant
This and Steingruber getting bronze in vault were my favorite Rio moments.
She is just everything!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Is the Dutch Artistic Gymnast, Sanne Wevers become her Olympic Gymnastics Balance Beam Champion in Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games? 🇳🇱🥇🤸♀️
Been waiting for this 🤩🤩🤩
I swear I think she can do a quad turn if she trained it. ❤
Can someone explain to me if she gets deducted for not having a leap series in the beam final?
by doing a dance element and a split leap connected it counts as your leap series
where's the floor finals in rio???
She never competed on floor. She's a bars and beam specialist.
@@JasonQiuMusic nooo omg i was asking where is the floor finals in rio 😭😭 they never posted it
