I noticed the video is about sallen key filters, however the table at 3.20 literally says for Butterworth filters. I’m confused. Is the table really for sallen key filters and butterworth filters or was it going off topic for some purpose?

Sallen-Key refers to the topology. Butterworth refers to the transfer function.

Is the 2nd order sallen key LPF with 2 opamps better than 1 opamp version? Also how can one design the 2 opamp version ,2nd order sallen key LPF?

did you see the table at 3:30? Do you really need more than an 8th order filter? Anyway, just look up Butterworth filter tables.
