- Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are the late Queen Elizabeth II’s granddaughters and are currently ninth and eleventh in line to the throne, respectively.
However, they’re not working royals, and don’t receive a formal salary from the Royal Family… so what do they actually do?

They don't get appreciated like they deserve ❤ they have done nothing scandalous and have brought no shame to the royal family and even though they aren't working royals, they still undertake royal engagements ❤
They've also had to deal with horrendous press for their entire adult lives. Some of the headlines about what they wore to William and Kates wedding was awful.

They don’t receive royal salaries but they still perform royal duties unlike someone else who was also born royal.
They did more when their Gran was alive. I don’t think they’re big fans of the new King considering how he’s treated their dad. Removing him from the front line may be appropriate but kicking him out of his home seems a bit harsh.

@hannaj4032 Their dad was graping kids..borrowing money from Epstein and Maxwell was at his place constantly..he had so many girls there and flipped on security when they asked for identification..😢that it made the area unsafe..the girls deserve a better father

@@alexisblake6381 to be fair and honest they grew up surrounded by historic pieces and artifacts getting drilled history and culture their entire lives. I doubt any college degree is better than that.
On top of that if it’s a director position looking for donors a princess with connections is perfect for that position since they know people with money. Also years of learning protocol and diplomacy is great for a director position. Is incredibly stupid to turn that down for someone with a 4 year degree and no connections but wants to prove themselves.
Honestly I’d rather they were working royals than people who got incredible jobs for their age cos just they are royal. They did not work there way up like the rest of us

I could credit them as being actually productive and more genuinely invested with the average public (unless those institutions are all private or accessible only by rich people?). Sounds more useful than anything the others do
One day they will be ‘working royals’ for sure, once the elder generation are gone. They have real life experiences so are their husbands. So whatever they are saying is not just lip services. My son is dealing with learning disability and I am always found Princess Beatrice’s speeches to be insightful, informative and full of hope.

She got Eugenie correct but messed up the easier one. Both names should have 3 syllables: Be-a-trice. “Beet-rice” Sounds very aggressive like she’s getting a beating. Andrew and Fergie wanted “Annabel” for Bea. The queen said “absolutely not”, because Annabel’s is a well known strip club in London.
