Your voice is very similar to Telangana IT minister KTR sir...
one thing that i learned till now is that... if you can look with their perspective and understand and condradict things with your own imagination power in the right moment... then what ever your relationship with that person is, it will be way to healthy and long terms relationship....
looking through their perspective is like knowing what they know about you till now... and then acting upon it with your own thoughts... but at the same time we have to respect the person at the same time so we have to contradict the thoughts that came up into our minds... even the smallest contradictions are important, when you will not be able to contradict the refined soultion which is made from your perspective, their perspective and others perspective... that's when you will be able to make right choices and right decision... and this can help you in litreally everything...
only thing is that you have to be 'silent' in order to 'oberve'... Why? because doing this requires a kind of knowledge which is "knowing how people will react from whatever action you would take" and learing this is a lifetime process... so be intersted as warikoo sir said...

1. Make people feel important by making them to be
1.Seen(I contact) , 2.Heard ( listen to them carefully, make them feel that they are given importance), 3.Remembered( call them with name, recall things from last meeting.)
2. Contolling body language by following 7-38-55 rule.
3. 4 Bullet update.
1. Here is what you asked me to do.
2. Here is what I did.
3. Here are the risks and blocks.
4. If given more time I will do the following.
4. Record yourself and give feedback.
Daily record 60 seconds video on any topic.
1. Reduce voice to zero and observe expressions.
2 .Reverse your phone and listen to your recorded voice in your video.
3. Watch and study full video. Check do's and don'ts like avoiding fillers and so on.
5. Conversations with new people
1. Ask basic ice breaking questions.
2. Ask open ended questions.
