Hey Kenan! Long time fan here. I was actually a part of the breeding for cuvier's dwarf caimans, at my last job and typically the eggs should hatch at 90-100. Not sure if the smooth fronts are quite the exact time, but hopefully that helps to get some reference!! Keep up all of the great work and I CAN NOT wait to see what you get done by the end of next summer!! 😎🤘
So many ... FUTURE Cherry Head and Red Foot Tortoises .... 🐢... Even from the famous Darth Maul ! ❤️ I was really amazed by your ability to spot that nest without probing for disturbed soil. Then I was remembering how Big Momma, the Sulcata tortoise , would actually defend her nest. The Kamp is looking Magnificent ... with so much more to come. Thanks, Kenan !

I just stumbled across your awesome channel couple weeks ago an I'm hooked. I'm always waiting for the next kamp Kenan update. I've always loved my reptiles and have just recently got my first. Murray River short neck turtle.
Hi Kenan Happy Sunday. Love your egg search. Yeah eggs from Darth Maul. Looks like nice clutches of eggs. I know that you will find more. Your banana trees are growing so well. It will be nice when Mr. Holt shows you how to make a nice path. You have been busy.❤All of your reptiles. Cindy
Definitely going to keep eyes open want to buy one of those Darth babies love her look.. going to start my own kamp in feb march just in time for your babies ..live what you do so motivating..
Difficult to hatch out but I was really excited when you had radiated tortoises eggs. Hopefully 🤞 next time you could get them to hatch 😊radiated and Indian star are the most beautiful tortoises species
According to a study on the reproductive biology of caimans, the incubation period for caiman eggs is estimated to be around 80-90 days (2-3 months) at a temperature range of 25-30°C (77-86°F) [1].
You might want to ask Tom but I believe you may want to remove those banana plant “pups” as I believe they prevent the bananas from fruiting. There’s also a native ground cover often used on Florida lawns called “Frog Fruit.” It replaced grass/sod, never needs mowing and takes foot traffic well. No maintenance/no watering needed & also beneficial for pollinators. Tom would know more about natural alternatives to high maintenance lawns.
Since tortoises like to lay their eggs at the base of a wall, tree, or post, does it make sense to create intentional laying posts or walls with the right sandy soil consistency to "control" where they lay?
Yaayyy, I got a video on my birthday 😊 which is good. I need cheering up. I'm in bed sick with a chest infection 😢 I don't think I've seen Darth Maul babies before so I'm looking forward to seeing if they take after mum.
So how can I tell the difference between a redfoot and a cherry head? I've also seen a cherry head red foot I'm guessing that's a hybrid of the 2 They do look amazingly red There's so much
hey Kenan. why dont you plant some more new native pine trees as the big you got are of risk to hurricanes etc. as they leave a nice habitat for your tortoises why not renew the pines to have some when you loose the big once
How come u don't need to worry about marking which side egg is up like snake eggs? Is it because u got it super early, turtle haven't picked a position inside the egg yet??
Out of curiosity, why do you choose vermiculite and not pearlite? I see people use both and just wondered why you choose your way. FYI...those caiman eggs prob need around 115 days. Incubate til there's no debate.
I'm betting that and some other scale babies is part of the deal! Love watching Tom, Jerry, and Kenan geeking out with excitement of their overlapping passions!!!
I'm betting It's the bucket, not even the color They recognize the size and shape. So they see you carrying that they know it's food time. I bet if you have a smaller one it might confuse them
most of your video's are educational, you do not go nuts about stuffing 4 days of knowledge into a 20 minute video and that's a good thing, you also care a lot about your animals, yes animals sometimes die, its the brutality called "Nature" or "life" and it can be hard to spend 20 years with a pet and then it dies, but think of turtles, they have the reverse issue, there caretakers die after 60-70 years of care. keep up the work, you are showing enough content per video to make it "understandable" or "digestible" and that's what counts.
All these time that you’ve been having turtles, why don’t you make a nesting place for them so your turtles just go anywhere laid there eggs put sand and dirt better then the ground you have now
Tom Holt is such a generous, delightful man. His channel really deserves to blow up!

Bromeliad alcantarea are huge maybe see if tom has any theres so many enclosures theyd look cool in at the camp
I have a Herman's tortoise and a redfoot and their best friends Even though the Herman is like half the size. They're always hanging out.
Since tortoises like to lay their eggs at the base of a wall, tree, or post, does it make sense to create intentional laying posts or walls with the right sandy soil consistency to "control" where they lay?
It would be interesting to see a heat map of where the nests tend to be in the inclosures
She was channeling her inner chicken😂
Love new builds can’t wait.
Hi mate
I think the tortoises were waiting for you to loosen the soil for them 😂😂😂😂😂
egg finding... awesome!! When I saw the color bucket you're using, I wondered if it would be associated with food instead of neutral or egg retrieval.
Darth maul looking at you like bro what are you doing with my eggs lol 😆

Supporting a brother from a different continent 😅😅
Where do you have animals listed when available, Kenan?
🤔 Kenan should invest in a nice egg light, if he doesn't have one already.
I have a cherry I bought from you in ‘21 that I wonder if it’s one of Maul’s. Has the same bright red face. We named it Vader.
So hoping for baby caiman.
Hi bro
If you are finding those dirt disruption could they be moles and if so do moles eat eggs?🤔
Glad all the turtles are happy..😅
Kenan, any news on the Caiman eggs? Any banding in the embryos? 😊
So how can I tell the difference between a redfoot and a cherry head? I've also seen a cherry head red foot I'm guessing that's a hybrid of the 2 They do look amazingly red There's so much

Maybe lay some sod would look nice
hi!
can you send to Romania? a baby red foot cherry head?
Whatever happened to the baby black dragon you got from Jerry about a year ago?
Hey bruv
Public comment was added to the comment section of this video just for the engagement.
❤
What happens if you let them hatch out themselves?
Are there breeding turtles in the big pond? Are you able to snaffle their eggs?
Should have replanted that grass
Out of curiosity, why do you choose vermiculite and not pearlite?
I see people use both and just wondered why you choose your way.
FYI...those caiman eggs prob need around 115 days. Incubate til there's no debate.
Hi bro how is the animals doing
When they hatch. Why don't you give some of the babies to Tom Holt 😊
