It reminds me of a blade I created a while back: ___________________________________________________________________________________ Flamboyant Sword of Desire - Every time this sword lands a killing blow on an enemy of equal or greater level, it will grant its wielder an additional +1 Stat bonus to their Dexterity. However due to a flaw in its creation, with each kill ALL humanoids within a 60' view of this sword's bearer must save vs. Magic (with a -1 save penalty per kill after the first) or become extremely resentful of the present unworthy wielder of such a desirable weapon. Lastly the DEX increase bonus and jealousy effects all disappear immediately after the sword is re-sheathed.

It was a simple cursed sword that convinced the owner they were great and sword was the cause.
