Castle Rock! Haven't stopped there in years. Last time I crossed the bridge on a bike was a nice sunny day in May but due to the cold lake waters it was like riding through a 5 mile long freezer.
We were very apprehensive but ended up crossing multiple times. Go on a wind calm day and stay on the concrete. You can do it and you won’t regret the accomplishment.
I rode my bike across this bridge. Now I know what high wind warnings mean. Fought the winds all across the bridge.
We were pretty fortunate…apprehensive with gusts around 30-35 …I’m so glad I did it though…thanks for watching

I’ve wondered about crossing on my Vespa GTS 300cc. Hm. Maybe not.

Crossed it back in the 70's on an RD350. No problem.
