When I was in Pixel Experience Plus, it's happened to. To fixed this, I tried to install Cherish OS 4.3 (A13) using Pixel Experience Plus Recovery. And then, I tried to reboot recovery. Cause, in Pixel Experience Plus rom, we can't use another recovery like TWRP or Orange Fox. But in cherish OS 4.3 especially A13, we can use another recovery like TWRP or Orange Fox. So, we can move to another rom use TWRP or Orange Fox. You can try this way. Hopefully success..
I'm using this rom and I can say that rom is much smooth and feature rich but need some more improvements a little bit lag is here will be full smooth in next update you can use it as daily driver
