the first girl who jimin ignored is Solar from the group MAMAMOO. actually, jimin and her are friends and she expected him to greet her too but i dont think he saw her lmao. but they're actually good friends.

i think a lot of this is, yes, they're extremely good looking but also other groups and kpop idols really look up to and respect BTS in terms of what they've done for kpop and music worldwide. so, if they sit next to them they're really just so starstruck and in awe of meeting them

At 6:55, the girls looking at BTS, are actually their friends. Jin and Moonbyul (one of the members of MAMAMOO, the group right beside them) are actually bffs, but since this is a formal award show, they have to behave like they don't know eo, also cause of crazy shippers they have keep distance most of the time. There's a video by "luvguki" called "BTS and MAMAMOO are actually friends" that shows some moments and interactions between them. The girls at the begining of the video are also MAMAMOO.

BTS and Blackpink are globally recognised for having the biggest international fandom. they're probably friends behind cameras but their fandom doesn't get along so they don't get to interact at all. 7:04 that's mamamoo, they're also a well recognised and respected group. BTS is known to be fond of mamamoo and they're friends with each other :) I suggest u check out mamamoo I think you'll like them. due to dating rumours female and male idols don't get to interact freely on camera so its usually awkward when they interact

A lot of groups older and younger than BTS look up to them and it's not that they find bts intimidating sometimes people do but more like they admire them and just like you get around your crush or idol you start to freak out inside and forget to speak up and say hi so it's a little awkward.
Bts are friends with a lot of the people on stage and sitting by them , they are all pretty friendly to others and even took pictures with some of them but they just get shy when being up close with them
TXT and BTS are in Big Hit and even TXT said they were too shy to say hi

Keep in mind that for some reason it is a huge deal with different genders of different groups talk to one another in Korea…(I think a little bit of it has to do being more conservative but I think a lot of it has to do with the delusional fans). From what I hear any “scandal” big or small could end any other carriers. So sometimes if it is a different gender they might want to say hello or whatever but they have to be careful of their actions…
Personally I think this is sad and stupid. They should be able to at least talk to one another without it being a big deal.
