    Top Tip #2
All instructors should be striving to be able to teach all learner drivers. If they find that a pupil is rather shy, or difficult to engage with, the instructor should learn themselves how to get around what they may consider to be a problem. Why would any instructor reject possibly 1 in 10 students simply because they haven't learnt themselves how to overcome what I myself (if I were an ADI) would see as another important challenge to overcome?

Hi @Brauschemann. I totally agree, all driving instructors should be prepared and able to teach any student, with any level of ability, and any personality when teaching them how to drive. However, when you need to pass an important test (such as Part 3), to help you achieve your own goals and aspirations, you should stack things in your favour as much as possible because you've probably invested £0000's and hundreds of hours of training - so you wouldn't want to risk all the that time and money by using a student who's going to make it more challenging than needed.
I've taught hundreds of quiet, shy, anxious students - and those will learning challenges such as autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia etc. And I've thoroughly enjoyed teaching them - but I wouldn't choose that type of student for a Part 3 test. Hope that makes sense.

@@aatadvancedaditraining2535 Certainly that does make sense, and thanks for your considered reply. 👍
