Such great small detail. Just brimming with life and character.
I think what makes it shine is the gothic black arches and Victorian look he gave it, even with the clock on the wall. Really beautiful.

I think they skipped the intro, the sponsor and the creator and name of the MOC. If they didn't tend to add all that stuff at the beginning, but the MOC still looks cool.

Fantastic build such amazing detail to the station just like Gotham TV series & I Love the addition of the blimp & Man-Bat, as soon as I saw it I immediately thought of Batman the animated series

Can't wait to see your version of the new Batman movie sets. The that's out soon looks good but almost a skeleton or frame. So I'm shore you could improve on it. This is a great setting as Gotham Police would have allot of work to do, Arkham is the only other place jam packed with Gotham's craziest characters.

Suicide squad part is my favorite
This is an Amazing Lego Moc, I think they should have released a GCPD set years ago but this is more better, this is an Absoulte Masterpiece and Joshua Hanlon should be Proud of it, I nearly cried and seeing it broke my heart, I've been trying for a couple of Years now to build a LEGO Modular of Arkham Asylum but sadly it's gotten nowhere, I am a Lifelong Batman Fan, I Also love the fact you choose the Interior of The GCPD from Gotham TV Show (a show i tried to get into but after a few episodes I couldn't get into it). I love the fact that someone is finally using Lonnie Machin/Anarky in LEGO he's a Villain I honestly don't know if they'll ever release in a Lego set but I don't really have an Opinion on Anarky, I don't think he should be a Batman Villain, he would fit well into Green Arrow's Rogues Gallery of Villains because Oliver Queen/Green Arrow 's Politics is that he's a Liberal Lefty and Anarky is obviously an Anarchist and it would create an Interesting Rivalry between the two. I Love the Custom Minifigure of Harvey Bullock and seeing his Desk filled with Fast Food and Donuts was really cool. Harvey Bullock should appear in a Lego Batman Set and the Notice Board next to him was quite cool. I like the Atmosphere of the GCPD and it's Minifigures It defiently creates a Story and this is to me: What A Day is Like at The Gotham City Police Department LOL and they can never catch a Break, I Also loved your Suicide Squad Banquet Moc (clearly it was inspired by The Suicide Squad 2021 Movie; it's a shame Peacemaker, Bloodsport or Ratcatcher weren't included), I also love the GCPD Evidence Lockup Room and seeing all The Villains's Weapons and Accessories (if it was me building the Moc I would've Included a few more stuff) and it's a Shame Nobody addressed The Robocop Cameo and I noticed a Biker there (A Sons of Anarchy Reference???), Why wasn't Riddler's Office not part of the Auctal GCPD Mock itself? and why is The Riddler working at The GCPD? is this him being a Private Investigator or has he reformed in this Moc's Story (he should be locked in the GCPD Lockup) and it's a Shame we didn't see The Interior to Commissioner Gordon's Office
I love the Wiseguy/Mafia Minifigures: did you watch The Sopranos and get some form of Inspiration from That Show? (The Sopranos is one of the Greatest TV Shows ever, I never get tired of it), Where did the Minifigs of Arnold Wesker/Ventriloquist and Scarface Come From? where they Custom Built or has LEGO Secretly released them in a Set that we don't know about? I find this Really Suspicious and Fascinating (but I loved seeing them being separated and in two Interrogation Rooms where Arnold Wesker/Ventriloquist is being offered a Cup of Coffee by a GCPD Detective and Scarface about to torn apart by a ''Bad Cop'' LOL)
and was the Guy who was getting arrested by The Female GCPD Cop a Harley Quinn Goon or was it The DC Comics Supervillain Psycho Pirate (Roger Hayden)?,
I would've loved to have seen custom Minifigures of
Robert Cordell/Maniac Cop (from Maniac Cop Trilogy)
Martin Riggs and Roger Murtaugh (Mel Gibson & Danny Glover's Characters from The Lethal Weapons Films)
Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) from Beverly Hills Cop Films
Ghostface from Scream would've been cool to have put in this Moc (I hope one day there's a Lego Minifigure of Ghostface)
The T-800 Terminator (The Terminator; 1984)
Tom Hanks' Character from 1989's Turner and Hooch and the Dog should have appeared
Vic Mackey (from The Shield TV Series) would've been cool to have seen
I always found the old TV-series Batman, to be more Joker like, you know.
Just by it's silliness.
So would Bruce Wayne be missing, by change and the Joker thus falling in?
Thus him giving the Riddle(r) what he found in relation to this?
No challenge, without Bruce around, things got dull, boring, while the city imploded without Batman.

THREE BIG QUESTIONS I HAVE GOING INTO THIS MOC:

WHAT EASTER EGGS I WOULD'VE INCLUDED IN THIS MOC
1. a Custom Minifigure of Robert Cordell (from The Maniac Cop Film Trilogy); check those Films out, what if he turned up at the GCPD and went on a Killing Spree (like what he did in Maniac Cop 2)
2. The T-800 Terminator (The Terminator; 1984) what if he and Robert Cordell/Maniac Cop Teamed up and The Terminator urned up at the GCPD and went on a Killing Spree (recreating that Iconic Scene from The Film)
3. I think you should have put some of Batman's Villains in the GCPD Lockup (I wonder what ones though???)
4. I think Ghostface (from Scream) would have been an Amazing Cameo to have Included, you could put Ghostface in the GCPD Lockup with the other Batman Villains (but it's a Shame LEGO Hasn't bothered making a CMF Minifigures Series of Horror Movie Villains)
5. Custom Minifigs of Martin Riggs (Mel Gibson) and Roger Murtaugh (Danny Glover) from Lethal Weapon should have appeared in this Moc as a Fun Cameo
6. a Custom Minifig of Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy's Character from Beverly Hills Cop) would've been Cool
7. Tom Hanks' Character from 1989's Turner and Hooch and the Dog should have appeared
8. I think Vic Mackey (from The Shield TV Series) would've been cool to have seen
