Talk is cheap; like Prokid @promkhize_za said "abo Ringa'mo" - They only talking about us because they really have NOTHING to say about themselves 🎯
They are intimidated by someone who had the courage to do what they couldn't do. they sat back while the malls were going up in flames.
They want to see young people competing amongsts each other instead of working together🤞🏾
They want us young people to inherit their self hate DNA; we refuse to be like the older divided generation, we consciously choose to be united regardless of our background, class, gender etc.
Their true worry is that young people are uniting and rising stronger than ever.
the last time they saw young people doing what old people failed to do is when the "soweto" youth of 1976 took to the streets to confront the apartheid regime.
The current Sowetans are more than blessed to have lived in a time where they witnessed a spirit of unity that took to the streets to confront and defeat an invisible enemy that was literally collapsing the township looting mall after mall.
The world witnessed a fearless youth "outside politics" that put their life on the line to give hope to the hopeless which gave other youth and communities the courage to unite and defend their communities from this invincible monster.
This group of young Sowetans didn't only save the mall, they saved lives, saved thousands of jobs, saved our economy billions of Rands and most importantly saved the legacy of Dr Richard Maponya.
The future kids will study about you in classrooms, your act of kindness will always be engraved in our peoples hearts, your names will forever be cast in stone💪🏾 it was a pleasure to lead and command such warriors.
