There's not much to see in Milan but there's much to do. One place I really recommend to visit is the Monumental Cemetery which is truly a stunning open air museum (and it's free by the way). Also the central train station is really worth a visit (beware of pickpockets!). It was built during the facist era and its brutalist architecture just shows that. Piazza Gae Aulenti is a beautiful square in the modern area of Porta Nuova and it deserves a visit as well. The last supper by Leonardo Da Vinci is a must-see spot but you need to reserve the visit in advance. Even if compared to the Italian Big Guns (Rome, Florence and Venice) Milan could seem a minor spot there are still a few things that shine.
We definitely agree, it may not have the fame or mystique of some of the other Italian cities, but it is a really fun place to hang out! We didn't see the last supper because we didn't make a reservation, but we will definitely have to check out the monumental cemetery next time! Thank you so much for all of the info and for checking out our video!
