Ulti-Kimunfalcos I would recommend at 2, Ulti-Pettlephin is not needed. You're able to use Kimunfalcos for extra normal summons but also it helps with Rampengu combos. This deck needs 3x D Shifter, they work perfect for the combos.
You can recycle Kimunfalcos withe the Nemeses and use Ulti Apelio for Rampegu The 2dn one can be useful in the grind game but it's definitely not needed for the combos
Where is Gold sarc an 1 card combo did i miss some cause when you activate sarc on Lara to special some where the line get after the special so i dont See an 1 card combo
Typically this is bad to use your SB Lara and nochi to start combo because you die to nib as soon as both have been used for the turn but this is the way to do it. Essentially cannahawk eff with no body

I think there were like one or two formats where it wasn’t the best handtrap in the game and arguably cuttable but we are way past that

In MD blossom is debatable. Especially if you have no fire in your deck. Snake eyes only need 2 body’s then hilta , princess combos ….

Gold sarc > NewLara > summon rampengu > foolish > make nochidrago with rampengu on board and the card you foolished
