The best advice I ever received many, many decades ago was "Rise above and never let them see you sweat. Because the moment they do, they've won." If Taylor and Co. were smart, she and they would stay and her wheelhouse, make a ton of money, enjoy what they do and NEVER sweat anything. Ant is right about those larger than her--the movie and music industry has always been filled with those that make you rise and when you get too big or P!$$ anyone of them off, they will take you down just as fast. @@naruske97 I know, that's what scares me. I just feel like isn't this happening now? slowly 1 by 1 her friends are getting exposed in some ways. If they can't get her then her loved ones are targeted. She might be able to put on a fight but the same can't be said about her friends. Not in a disparaging way, I mean they have their own privacy & peace that they wanna guard too. I just find that the idea that this person/group just likes to poke at Taylor for the fun of it... is just disturbing.

Exactly. Suing would just be a waste of time unless she was doing it solely for the look. With her touring, moving in with Travis, and going about her normal life publicly, it would be near impossible to prove emotional distress. If she canceled shows and disappeared for a while, that might benefit her side of such a case.

@@TheCPCoder the problem about that is that saying someone has an std is defamation per se, because it ruins their reputation and damages it a lot, while saying someone had a miscarriage or had a wedding ceremony but not legal, while awful, doesn’t do the same type of damage and it would need to be proven that she had monetary loss and/or infliction of emotional distress, which would open the door to a lot of things that would be worse for Taylor, like having her mentally evaluated or her therapy records looked at, if she had any. She would need to also prove they’re lies, and open a whole entire can of worms, while it is better to leave it at how it is and expect people not to believe everything they see in these sites. Also, they’re well known for their blind items, which they could defend themselves saying it’s not made to be a fact, but a rumor. The more damning statement would be to say they’ll die in that hill, which can be interpreted as that it is the truth and nothing but the truth, and would be negligent at most for not fact checking, but deuxmoi themselves put in their description that “DeuxMoi.World publishes rumors & conjecture, not facts.”, making this case very difficult and almost impossible to win, unless there’s something else we don’t know.

I just like watching law commentary content on youtube and it actually helps me understand how the law works, specially in the US, and that even if one outcome may be just, is not always how it ends up resulting in the shape of a lawsuit and potentially a trial.

If its a PR relationship, its a really good one. I think that this is the reason TSwift wouldn't do it. It involves people and paperwork which is too much of a liability.
