After getting recommendation from one video, I came here to listen these divine and powerful names of Almighty Shri Vishnu. Going through severe mental unrest due to various issues, I hope this Stotra may help me. Om Namo Narayan 🙏🙏
Try to recite along with the audio , if you can , or else listen daily sitting in one posture , facing in one direction and same time every day at least for 40 days . You will feel protected from the fear ( bhay ) and get strength to overcome the difficult times you are going through . If you can continue this practise for long you will be benefited immensely

I hope everything is okay with you now! I was having a similar time in my life where nothing seemed right and life stopped making sense. A highly spiritual mam from Oraclespeaks ( it came in my tarot reading that listening to any Vishnu stotra mindfully will help me ) so She told me to listen to these 1000 names. I did so without fail every day with total concentration and followed her other remedies too but this one filled me with divine peace and you wouldn't believe I was stuck for 7 years with my issues and all those issues got solved in only 3 months - all of them! I still follow her and listen to it daily.
