That's simultaneously both a great thing and absolutely terrifying. Free will is a BIG deal, and Chronos just handed it out in the most viol😢manner possible
“Free will” is always in play, it’s just a matter of whether or not someone tries to get spoilers on what they _themselves_ are already inclined to do, from a third party.
No. The fates basically lock you in hard into a course of action. That course of action even accounts for the warning the Fates give and the person's inclinations on listening, not listening.
Except Mel already has her fate. She herself knows she's going to beat Chronos. Thus it will 100% come to pass. Any events that occur after that do nothing to change this fact
Probably the most understandable thing Chronos did. The Fates are neither good nor evil. And they manipulate the flow of life, death & destiny to make sure that every individual reaches their destiny... a destiny THEY decide before the individual in question is even born

The irony in this is that, if Chaos is to be believed, the Fates never controlled anyone, they were just really good at knowing what people would do.
Except Mel has the fated list, which already says on it that hes doomed to lose, so hes already lost still in the eyes of fate.
God that's absolutely terrifying

Ah, just as the fates planned chronos. Really, I thought you learned this lesson by now, old man. Fighting fate makes fate happen.
Damn, way to plan your vacation girls 😅
Beating him up after this felt so good!!
Awww... it's so cute when villains act like it's possible to subvert destiny 🤗 talk about a lack of genre-awareness!
Kung fu panda 2 did it too lmfao
He sent them back in time 😨
Or banished them from time
Can’t fight The Fates.
What if they are the statue that you buy in the first game
