I bought an EZVIZ DP2C video doorbell camera and everything works fine but there is only one problem. After connecting the SD card to the MacBook, it shows me that: -32GB card is full (although it was formatted in the EZVIZ application) -the card contains 120 mp4 files with music (!) How? What for? On the first mp4 file titled hiv00000.mp4 I found videos recorded by the camera from the staircase. And they are written in a sequence, one by one. What is it about? It looks as if, when the card was formatted by the EZVIZ application, mp4 files were recorded on the card, only with music, and when the camera records movement behind the door, the videos are overwritten on the SD card and end up on the file with music hiv00000.mp4. (photo above). Is it possible to set up camera to save movies on the card separately? And so when you connect the SD card to the MacBook, I will be able find separate files? I hope you will help me. Hello, you drilled the door with what diameter of drill please? I know that it takes a minimum of 16.5 mm on the manual, but I would like to know if the camera fits with a diameter of 15 or 16 mm... Thank you
Nice review, but to get a better review on the product you really do need to use the product for a period of time, ie how long does the battery last in real world conditions like freezing temperatures etc Is the build quality any good in real world conditions. I bought a similar products based on a review like yours out of the box so purchased as it looked and sounded great, unfortunately after installing it and using it it started to break down after a few days, the battery didn’t last as long as quoted. The company was willing to give a refund which was great only downside I drilled a hole in my door.

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the door chime sound. For instance if I were on nights and didn't want to be disturbed but have full use of the device can that be done ? I see you can turn off the ldoor bell light but sound inst mentioned. Great vid, Thanks.
@@dereton33 no, for example my internet is down, someone rings the bell, my door is perfectly sealed so my voice cannot reach to person outside, can I talk through indoor unit, does it have a mic at indoor unit?
Does anyone know if it's fire rated? I live in an apartment and any peepholes we replace need to be fire rated. The company has not responded to two of my emails :(

I never drilled my door it was aluminium. Would still fit with a 16 mm though.

Sorry no idea, I never fitted the device to my door I just showed it working, I have given it away now.
