Honestly, it's normal for them for sure. F1 drivers have a lot of experience and after a few laps they probably just vibe with the track and don't even think that they are going that fast. More terrifying is going side by side at thoese speeds, because one wrong move from you or other driver and you both end up in the wall.
@@carnonPL those literal G-forces are insane when you take a turn at 270+ km/h. Istanbul turn 8, Losail turns 12, 13 and 14. Jeddah has a lot of those. Oliver Bearman smacked his head against the cockpit wall multiple times late in the race.
@@r.a.6459 These forces are large for sure, but at least they are lateral forces and not vertical, because thanks to that they don't experience blacking out like jet pilots do. Also they probably have some kind of neck stabilization device like Hans. I know it's mostly for extreme situations like crash, but still, they train for that stuff alot

i still got the breaking zone of the racing line on any tips to learn it without cuz i can do it at spain with a few laps of practice but thats cuz it has the distance markers
This is assetto corsa not F1 Game (which I think you mean) But just brake early and use markers to gauge where u need to brake, Like just do the same corner 10 or so times braking super early and rolling it then braking a bit later and later until u eventually get it
