It was a great video
you have shown how to hide particular parts but
can you show /explain how can we hide the holes in drafting while showing Cut out dimensions for a component (plate) which should be done before fabrication?

You can try to hide holes from any specific view using the "Hide Edges" command. To create cut out dimension you can use annotations. These annotations will show up even though the hole edges are hidden. Please let me know if this was helpful.
