  • In the late 1970s, Wrocław, a city in the western and southern part of Poland, became one of the most important centers of the new independent music scene. It was also part of a broader phenomenon that began at that time - the great boom and arguably the greatest development of Polish rock music. Outside the official circuit - the rebellious and anti-system Polish punk rock scene was born. On the walls of Wroclaw coexisted alongside political slogans and symbols, including statues of Orange Alternative dwarves.
