He’s a democrat in Sacramento, he’s probably never voted against a tax increase or a new program raising spending. I’m not sympathetic, he needs to look in the mirror.
It makes my eye twitch. I'm stuck here for the time being, but cannot wait to leave too. 76% of the state voted blue, even after we've been screwed repeatedly not just by the Feds, but by our state government. Lots of people I knew woke up and voted red for the first time, but then we leave the state when we realize how outnumbered we are. It basically ensures that the state will never flip red, just descend into chaos like every other communist state.
You can't just build more housing. You need the transportation and other infrastructure to support it. Adding thousands more cars to the crowded roads won't work.
Why don't people talk more about encouraging spreading out across the massive landmass of California. This will distribute jobs and transportation as it expands. People packing into cities seems undesirable and counterproductive when they are at capacity. Also, why would someone work hard to subsidize their neighbor's house? That seems like using excessive government force in order to coerce people which seems unstable.
Not even college grads can afford to buy in California. He like all of these politicians want to continue building these ridiculous huge buildings that will only benefit the low income. He said it, most of San Diego is urbanized. So, maybe Ca government needs to get rid of “sanctuary city status,” and stop being so generous with benefits to illegals. Then there would not be that same demand. He considers home ownership living in a 6 story building😂. Bet he lives in a single family home with a yard.
No use telling us that California sucks. You guys are in charge of running this state. One more thing, I didn’t vote for any of this but my fellow citizens did so there you are.
man logan heights was a super bad dangerous town you could get shot or jumped or robbed just walking down the street in the 80's and 90's if you made it out alive w/o being in a gang or drug addicted and graduated from high school you were awesome
Santa Cruz is building more high rise buildings that have 1,2,3 bedroom apartments. Quite a few are planned, locals ca 't stop building the. I think it's a good idea.
I live on my 27ft sailboat (cost $3000, rebuilt for $5000) yearly cost of living is $3500 including everything even internet from Elon's satellites. ($80 a month) 🇸🇪 🇪🇺 I make and store my own electricity so it's free, just like my food, water and fuel. I don't even need a paycheck, if I did I would deliver food on my CT 125 scooter 🛵

STOP VOTING FOR THE SAME PARTY IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THINGS!

... but they keep voting blue.
Central California, northern CA and orange county a almost all republicans.

@andygeyer1451 wrong!
@@ChrisFoxWrites voting machines must be banned. Things will change if that happens.

Yes we’re struggling… will probably move out of the country all together lmao
Only someone filthy rich can afford to permanently flee the country. Most of us are stuck in the USA for life.
Cali unaffordable? You don’t say.
I'd say it's time for a million dollar study to find out why !!
We need to repeal zoning laws and stand up to NIMBYs!

Why not whole country ?
@@MbisonBalrog because the whole country isn't in the sane terrible condition california is because they don't vote like clowns
He wants the feds to give money for first time home buyers because Cali offered money. Any examination on the effect that had on home prices?

That's the globalists plan.
You are clearly a NIMBY who hates density.
Someone needs to be courageous enough to introduce legislation to reform CEQA.

401k/IRAs should be prioritized over home ownership in CA. Side expenses like a $25k new roof are understated with home ownership.

They got welfare and affirmative action to get highet education. Just another burden for those that are allowed to be here.

California is not all unaffordable. My friend in far a northern California community just sold his house for $350K
To a cartel trying grow drugs
Lol should’ve sold for higher especially in cali
Blame the petty homeowners. Mom's house they bought for 15K in 1975 is now worth 2 million dollars. They don't want development.
