      Same happens with me 🙂 Even if I sleep late I wake up early. But its is difficult, meri neend puri nai hoti hai if I sleep late.

    You literally inspired me to get up early. Today is my first day. Woke up at 5:50 am before the alarm rang😁. However I immediately got out of my bed and washed my face and brushed my teeth. Did a little amount of excercise as I didn't want to overwhelm myself on the first day. I will try my best to be consistent. Thank you for inspiring all of us to be our better versions.     Super motivating, I watched ur 30days get up video 3days ago nd since then I m rising up at 4.45am, I know its not d correct time to share, but after 30days I'll repeat my experiences, First day my bed time was 11pm but yesterday I felt so sleepy at around 9pm, before all that I used to think I have to wakeup at 4.30 am for a long time, so I couldn't do it, but now when I divided the portion it's quite easy, So thank you very much for giving us such energetic experiences.😊

    1. Make a challenge and plan it
    2. Sleep on time
    3. You should have plan or purpose
    4. Journalising can help
    5. You should have a thought that I have to have to wake up

    You had taken chalenge of morning rise in a video a few days ago.I got up early from that day to look at the beauty of morning nature every day.Just yesterday I saw a drowning moon and rising sun so absorbed in bliss.I have lost a lot since this early morning but now I have not.

    Day 1.....✅
    Today I woke up at 4:00 ,, that's 1 hr before my alarm.....😂😂..anyways...I woke up by washing my face ...hydrating myself...then I made my bed...braid my hair....and then I listened to a audio summary .....made a to do list...a little morning affirmations....then 1 straight hr stretching.....(I got my side split🥳🥳)......then I bathed and started studying ( I'm 15)....byeeeeee...

    Hello dii..I am a college student and since last 6 months I am waking up at 8 am and my mom is really unhappy from me.. everyday she scolds me in the morning for getting up..
    I really want to take this challenge and change my sleep cycle and make my mom happy 💯..

    Time 4:15 am to 5:15 am is called Bramhmurat its the best time in 24 hour .. i advice you to do some research on this and then try to do something in refrence to Bramhmurat
