I really enjoyed this, Andy. And the movement tips are super helpful. Hopefully, I'll finish with all this studio-tripod-focus-stacking-client-stuff so I can get out for a wiggle.
Great video Andy. Lovely images. The weather here has been shite for ages now, not good for any photography at all. Still waiting for the summer to arrive.
I enjoyed seeing the location, and your process as well as the final results! It's a shame Turner's View didn't work out, with all those trees. Looking forward to your next video!
Andy, Hi. You are your own worst critic. That second image (the red one) was brilliant - loved it. You and I are both fans of Turner (he's my fav painter). And you know I'm a fan of your work, too. However, if you were not the artist, I'd challenge you to not love that red pic; it's fab. Again, great to see you out/about, though sorry I missed live Tue: must catch-up, hope it was a good one. More on this vid: One at 4.28 is superb, as is 5.06, etc. 5.24, wow and so on. I've long loved your ochre images but these reds are just brill. Great insights and advice, too. Cheers.
Thanks so much Seb. When it comes down to it, I do like that one its just I haven't yet got that absolute STONKER from Norham ...but then again I haven't got that many stonkers from anywhere! LOL
Thanks for clarifying the motion of the wrist. Plenty of great images. Would be nice if the council cleared some of the vegetation to reinstate the view from Turners Perspective. . Overall a great video Andy with some learning points
Hi Andy, I really enjoyed your video. The scenery was beautiful and I appreciate you sharing your process. I was just curious, could you tell me where the reds in many of your images from that day came from? Did you shoot through something, apply color in post-production, or was it something different altogether? Thanks!
Its usually the combination of colour temp through the whole post work, but the vivid reds on some of these were done with adding colour or inversion then adding colour (I can't quite remember 😂)
Thanks for sharing Andy, thanks for the explanation of the movement, I do love ICM.
Thanks John! Hopefully every little helps 😊
Thanks, Andy, for sharing what you are doing with your camera movement and flourish. Very impressive to see the resulting images. Congrats
Many thanks!
Very well explained . Lovely images, especially the reds
Thanks so much Howard! Yeah I'm glad those red variants appeared 😁

Thanks a lot. Its like always very informative. 💞
Glad you think so Beatrice 😊 Thanks

Thanks Paul. Yes, Clearing the river bank of that growth would help with having at least one composition!
When I saw "most dangerous place in England" I thought you must be going to Blyth!
😂😂

Great tutorial! At about 6:30 did you shot at 1 second exposure? Thanks :)
Just under a second I think I said 👍
@@andrewsgray thanks for reply. :) so are you using nd filters?
Oh yes. Virtually impossible without them. I use a 6 stop.
